I ordered a pizza and two chocolate mousse's tonight and one of them arrived completely off. I tasted my mousse and tasted how sour it was. Upon spitting it out, I smelled it and noticed that it stank. I called the store and spoke to a worker who whilst apologised, said she needed to put me on hold to speak to her manager. I could hear her in the background explaining the situation and could hear bits and pieces. Clearly, management does not take this matter seriously as I was asked "What is the use by date on it?" Really? The audactity to accuse me of lying was beyond ridiculous. I responded with "The 16th" so clearly it was left out of the fridge for potentially hours as it should have been fine to eat. Meanwhile, I am put on hold waiting for at least five minutes only for someone to hang up on me! I immediately called them back to find the phone line dead. WOW. JUST WOW. I have sent an email to Crust feedback and am not expecting any sort of refund or follow up but thought I'd try anyway.

As for the pizza, who knows if it is contaminated as well. It sure makes me question the state of it. I won't ever be ordering from here again.

Okay - so hear me out. I stopped buying Crust for a year. Because the quality had been lacking. The toppings were scarce and the sauce was not great.

About a week ago, I decided to give crust another chance. I got the 13” cheese crust supreme and 13” cheese crust pepperoni pizzas. They were really good. They were warm, fresh and they put the extra toppings that I wanted (with an additional charge of course). But the point being they actually listened and executed.

So today I decided to order again, I got the supreme and their 1889 margarita pizza. The 1889 margarita pizza transported me back to NYC. It was delicious. The basil was such a nice touch

The supreme had plenty of toppings, I loved that they used real Kalamata olives and not the fake black olives. This pizza was a hit too.

I rarely give 5 stars. But these two pizzas were exceptionally good. Keep it up Crust Belmore. You’ll have me and my family as weekly...

If I could give 0 stars I would do just that. I recently had a disappointing experience with Crust Pizza. They not only got my order wrong, but when I asked for a refund, they refused. It's really disappointing when a company doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes.

When contacting the manager for the Belmore Crust franchise, Paul Christopher had no shame to tell me to “take it further, plenty of people have” and continued to blame me. This is an indication of the poor customer service at Crust Pizza Belmore.
