Brothers Kebab Belmore — Restaurant in Sydney

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Brother Kebab Shop, to the point where I can confidently say it's the worst food I've ever had. Not only was the food subpar in taste and quality, but the behavior of the staff towards one of the delivery guys was appalling.

Firstly, the food itself lacked flavor and freshness. The kebabs were dry and overcooked, the sides were bland, and overall, it felt like a complete waste of money. It's unfortunate because I had heard some positive reviews, but my experience was far from satisfactory.

What really topped off my disappointment was witnessing the staff's treatment of one of uber or DoorDash delivery guys. The way they spoke to him was disrespectful and unprofessional. It was evident that they lacked basic courtesy and empathy, which left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally.

Due to this unpleasant experience, I will not be returning to Brother Kebab Shop. It's crucial for businesses to not only focus on the quality of their food but also on providing a respectful and welcoming environment for both customers...

I've went there to taste the food and ordered a small size chicken pizza. Instead of using fresh chicken kebab to prepare the pizza they have used the left over and the pizza was so smaller compared to other shops and for $16, the workers had poor food handling skills and not giving a dam about the business, infact they were too busy checking the people at the cafe next door while a fly feasting on the salads and no one noticed or should I say it was very typical thing for them. When I received the pizza and took it home, it was over cooked, the chicken smelled and tasted old and no much flavour coming out of that pizza not just because the greedy size, dried up chicken or unfresh ingredients but also because it only had chicken, mushroom and onion as ingredients. I couldn't take a second piece out of that pizza. The worst pizza ever. It was a try for me but the food was terrible, the hygiene was very poor...

I ordered the kebab combo on uber eats at approximately 9:10 pm on a random Tuesday night and it said it would come between 9:19 to 9:37 (I live 5 minutes away) however it did not end up coming at this time and came much later at 10:02 pm. By that time my hunger faded and I didn’t even really feel like eating. It was an ordinary Tuesday with no sports event as far as I’m aware so not sure why when I live 5 minutes away, it needs to take almost an hour to come.

As well as that on the uber eats app for the kebab combo option it is listed as coming with a kebab, chips and an unspecified “drink”. However there is no option to change the drink. I put “Fanta” in the notes in the app but received a Coke . I’ve been to your store in person, you guys have Fanta. Going forward you need to include a proper drinks option in your UberEats app...
