Crust Pizza Bonnyrigg — Restaurant in Sydney

Has anyone ever watched how their pizza is made?? Usually I order on the phone with delivery but i went into the store. Watched them cough into the glove and then proceeded to sprinkle garnjsh herbs on top of the pizza with the same glove that he coughed in. The other man ( who appeared to have a cold) used his index finger with the glove on to wipe under his nose and continued to handle raw ingredients. By this time i had enough, The guy proceeded to deny it. I asked for my money back as I was not prepared to eat after seeing how they handled food. So dissapointed as I have been ordering from Bonnyrigg for over 8 years or so. Its changed hands to these new owners and after today I will NOT ever buy or eat...

ordered the peri peri chicken with feta, i don't know why they put cold feta on top of the pizza made it taste strange. then ordered the med lamb and it was just old tasting... like no other way to explain it but just old. The vegan jack fruit had no vegan aioli on it at all... like zero it was missing that and i'm not sure if they used a clean knife? i mean if i order a vegan pizza it should be just common sense to get a clean knife or a different knife to cut pizzas with. Honestly they have made some very good pizzas in the past but come on messing up three...

Ordered online for a 30 delivery time frame. Initially, when ringing up about our order delivery. I was told the delivery guy was on the way. 20 mins later rang again, spoke to a woman. She told me the driver was on the way. Spoke to another staff, a man who told me he didn't know who said the pizza was on it's way. Excuse was they were busy. Again was told delivery was 2-3mins away. 10 mins later still no delivery. Took over 75 minutes to get our pizzas. If that is the case, do not promise 30 min delivery time limit. Do not order...
