Crust Pizza Hornsby — Restaurant in Sydney

Should have read the other reviews first. It had been a few years since we tried ordering again from Crust Hornsby as we wanted this delivered and we're stuck with receiving a delivery from Hornsby. After 30 mins of waiting we ring the store and get told the pizza are done just waiting for a delivery driver and it will be there in 30 mins. Wow how about that 60 mins for pizza that's been sitting for a good part of 40 mins. Staff have no autonomy to make any decisions. Pizza actually arrived 90 mins following our initial order. Guess what the pizzas were stone cold and looked liked they had been sitting around for quite some time. Save yourself the time and money and do not not deal with the Hornsby store with an idiotic manager that doesn't know the meaning of customer service. My advice drive down to the Turramurra branch and order your Crust pizza from there as it tastes better and the customer service is ace.

P.s update just noticed a few positive reviews after I posted my negative review where the reviews claim everything is top notch. I would be very suspicious with those reviews given they this is one of their first reviews. The manager of the store is clearly...

We had ordered 3 pizzas and 2 garlic bread, after we had confirmed the order at 6:30 to come at 7:30 so we waited. After around 1 hour after it should of been here we called and asked about the order being told that it was with the driver, after waiting another 30 min we called again to be told that it had been delivered. We checked out side and it had been there but it was ice cold and had obviously been there for a while, after calling again asking why it was in its state we were told the pizza there a while and after asking why we were told about it. Apparently the driver had knower and ring the bell and no one answered, but we had 5 people at the door and nothing lie number one. After talking the manager kept pushing the claim that the driver had knocked(which they definitely did not ) now they claimed that they had details and receipts about the driver calling 3 times but there was none. We eventually had the pizzas that were not worth the wait and in the end we had been lied to given cold pizza and ended up very...

Overall quality has fallen through the floor ... this place used to be good ... staff on the phone lovely, pizza arrived obviously dropped with prawns and topping swimming in liquid with soggy mushy base mostly sitting in the end of the cardboard box- served it with a spoon, pepperoni pizza was slapped all over with too much sauce. Delivery driver questioned my drink order and handed me the docket to check and yes it was on there .. he did then retrieve it from the car but not great on the customer service and too rushed... preparation needs to improve, topping need to improve since when is a pizza runny liquid base??, i worry about the cleanliness ...if it’s dropped then don’t deliver it ! Dominos are beating this place and that’s saying something ... I think a few improvements with more staff and more training in food prep esp pizza prep and customer service would get them back on track... the turramurra crust is far superior so if they can do it...
