As a regular customer of Daddy’s Kitchen Lalor Park, I usually visit during the morning hours, and I’ve always had a great experience. The morning team is exceptional – the food is consistently fresh, hot, and well-prepared, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional, always greeting customers with a smile.
However, my recent visit during the night shift was quite disappointing. The quality of food was noticeably lower, and the tea, which I order almost daily, was cold and lacked its usual taste – something I’ve never experienced with the morning team.
Moreover, the night staff appeared unapproachable and less attentive, which gave off a rude and careless impression. It’s clear that the night team lacks the same food handling care and customer service attitude seen during the morning.
There is a significant difference between the morning and night teams in both food quality and customer service. Read moreThis is classic example of poor Customer service Don’t think I have ever come across something like this .First time customer went to buy samosas and I ordered a tea .Girl at counter looking at the screen and asked me sugar I said yes and she looking at the screen and thinking she suddenly yelled out one another customer already walked outside of the shop and asked him did you say sugar in you tea he said no so she said sorry but your cup has sugar so she took that cup back from him and then now she asked me do you want sugar I said again yes so she passed that same customer tea cup to me .I replied I don’t want that make a new one she said he didn’t drink that I saw how can you potentially saw that customer when you were serving me at that moment even if he didn’t drink that drink it’s so rude and unprofessional to offer to customer like that ,Other customers please be aware this place might be doing so wrong practices as well in relates to hygiene. (Reply to your Response)- Had to respond as the info mentioned is false. (1) I had taken the delivery of food on 26th October at 6:30pm & the food container was opened at 8pm. The explanation given by you is not convincing as only one food item had gone bad. The conclusion is one of the food items given was not edible, which was the basic expectation. (2) I came to return the Casserole/Hot case on 27th Oct evening & informed the staff of food item (mix veg) being stale. Got a very generic response that the Chef who made the food is not there.
