Domino's Pizza Hurlstone Park — Restaurant in Sydney

My family and I have been loyal customers of this Domino’s store for a long time, ordering almost every Saturday night and spending around $90 each week. Unfortunately, last weekend we were involved in a car accident and were unable to pick up our order. I contacted the store as soon as I could, explained the situation, and provided both the order number and proof of payment. Sadly, the manager informed me that it was against store policy to remake or replace the order. What truly disappointed me wasn’t just the policy itself, but the complete lack of empathy or understanding shown during such a difficult time. Ordered 10 pizzas and 6 garlic breads on NYE - only received the pizzas. I asked the delivery man where they were. He apologised and said he would be back in 5 mins with the 6 garlic breads. After an hour with no word or sight of the driver. I called the man who ummed and ahhed and hung up. Didn’t hear back and tried to call the shop and no one knew anything about it. I called back the following day. And the manager on duty argued with me and said he definitely did send off the garlic bread (obviously we wouldn’t be wasting our time on a public holiday to speak and inconvenience the shop) I simply asked for a store credit and they also argued and said they could only give refund of the garlic breads.
