I've tried a number of their pies and pastries now and have found I don't really like their process of keeping cold pies and pasties and then warming them in a high speed oven for serving, while its not bad, fillings are often too hot while the pastry is not flaky or crispy enough which diminishes the quality I would expect from a dedicated bakery.
