I recently had the pleasure of trying their Wall Street Burger and it was nothing short of amazing. Ok my experience today was really bad with firefly Aussie branch, don’t compare them with other branch in Middle East because of the following:

1-burger burned and they made it more slimmer that’s why it’s getting burned when it’s grilled ! 2-space is very small and good luck to find a proper place to dine in. 3- worst customer service I have ever noticed childish attitude from staff who is working there specially that Indian guy who is not caring about what he is doing as I asked for tissue because the sink area no tissue there and he started to throw it on the disk in the worst way ever , the Arab guy is nice but I didn’t want to mention the incident to him I preferred to make it public so everyone avoid being in that place unless the owner speak with his staff and teach them how customer service should be done.

Note: there are other much better burger places around Sydney and way cheaper in prices comparing to firefly “ I won’t mention names her” I came to firefly back to my experience in Middle East but after what I experience today I don’t recommend it at all unless the owners do some...

I am huge burger lover and tried a lot across Australia. Last night me and 6 other friends went to FireFly Burger based on a friend's recommendation and we have had our best burgers of life. Their food was so fresh, so delicious, well priced and good quantity. Cheese injection was the best thing that can happen to a burger. Not only that, we felt so welcoming, so deserving and respected. Owner was there and he was ensuring we get everything we need. Very curious knowing our experience. Staff there was very friendly too. Their food was so good that we decided to order some take-away and while we were waiting he served us chips and cheese sauce on-house. We had our best burger and customer experience there.
