I recently dined at your establishment for Ramadan Iftar and booked again for Iftar as I loved the buffet there, while I appreciate the great ambiance and food, I was extremely disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the manager there.

I made a reservation one week in advance and specifically requested to be seated inside due to a medical condition—I recently had back surgery and cannot sit on hard chairs outside. My booking was confirmed over the phone. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my reservation had been completely overlooked. I understand that mistakes happen, and I was willing to work toward a resolution.

Unfortunately, when I spoke to the manager, she repeatedly interrupted me, dismissively stating that the restaurant was fully booked and that I had to leave. Despite explaining that this was an error on the part of your team, she refused to listen. Given that it was already time for Iftar, finding another place to dine was impossible.

To make matters worse, instead of offering a reasonable solution, she behaved in an unprofessional and sarcastic manner, creating an unnecessary scene in front of other guests. Several diners who overheard the conversation were shocked by the treatment my wife and I received and even offered to share their table with us. Eventually, the manager seated us at a table outside the restaurant’s boundaries—essentially on the street (photo of the table taken)—while still expecting us to pay $80 per person for this bad experience.

This is completely unacceptable. My frustration is not about the missed reservation but about the poor handling of the situation and the complete lack of professionalism displayed by your manager. I have documented the incident and will be sharing it on social media to ensure others are aware of the level of service being provided, it’s completely unfair for such good place to hire a manager like that.
