Owner treats customers like trash, I ordered through ubereats and I got my whole order wrong(2 manoush & 2 drinks). When I called up to complain and to notify what had happened I was treated with so much attitude, owner was talking over me not even letting me explain. He kept saying contact Uber it’s not our fault contact Uber it’s not our fault, over and over, when really your shop was the one that made the food and put the drinks in the bag for the Uber guy to give me, what use is it complaining to Uber if your shop was the one that made a mistake, when I called back the second time 1 minute later he was raising his voice at me and talking to me like I was a dog, and hung up in my face, when all I was asking if I could drive there to swap the drinks and for u guys to make the right manoush. Even though He disrespectfully hung up in a customers face I went down to the shop anyway, was greeted by a lovely scarfy lady who accommodated my needs, apologised unlike her owner did, and made me feel a lot better. Very disgusted by the owners manners but the staff are beautiful. Don’t run a business if you don’t have the mind...

I was hungry last night but didn't feel like just any type of food, I was looking for something authentic and fresh. I called at 9:55pm realising that it might have been too late and was pretty let down. A couple of minutes later I received a phone call from the chef himself, which already had me fairly impressed.

Not only was the food hot and fresh, the authenticity was of an old school italian style pizza/pasta which is very rare to find in this day and age, as people tend to use cheap ingredients, horrible doughs and other products full of nasties. However, this wasn't the case. The food was absolutely beautiful, full of flavour and freshness, we were even able to reheat the leftovers the next day and it still tasted as delicious.

Worst customer service I had in a while. After ordering some food, we were standing there ready to pay. But the staff member just continued working on the console and walked away without saying anything, like 'you can pay after we give the food' or 'take a seat'. A few moments later the same staff dropped something on the floor, sweeped it up (I think it was dough or flour), and stored in the back. We ignored it and went outside to see what seats we could eat at but the seating arrangements were very unclean with spider webs and stacks of boxes nearby, not pleasant. We came back to the counter to add more to the order, changing our mind to take away, where the staff member was clearly stressed out from dropping whatever he dropped earlier. We added more to the order, which they noted down and then walked off without saying anything once more or confirming our method of dining. Never...
