I ordered a big dinner from this location, and when I got home, I noticed that a large chips was missing. I called the restaurant, and the lady I first spoke with was very friendly and kind. She asked me if I would like to come now and collect it, or if I would prefer a replacement meal. I told her I couldn’t come back right away since I was already home, and asked what a replacement meal meant, as I had never encountered this issue before. She explained that I could come in anytime, provide my phone number, and they would give me the replacement. I appreciated her explanation and the polite way she handled the situation.
However, after that call, I opened the rest of the food. As soon as I picked up one of the boxes, it ripped open at the bottom. The box was extremely soggy and oily, almost as if it had already been used, and it did not feel like a fresh, new box. On top of that, one of the pieces of chicken was missing its coating/skin, with the white flesh showing. I have attached photos of both the box and the chicken to show the poor condition.
I called the restaurant again to explain the situation. This time, the lady who picked up the phone was extremely rude. She immediately started raising her voice at me and did not want to listen to what I was saying. I even tried to explain calmly that one of the chicken pieces had no coating, and the skin was missing. Instead of acknowledging my concern, she began shouting at me, saying, “Oh, the tongs must have taken it off and it must have fallen back into the oil.” Even if that was the case, food in that condition should not be served to customers. A fresh piece should have been given with the coating intact.
Rather than helping, she accused me of being rude, acted like a victim, and told me I was wasting her time. When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed that she was the manager. Shortly after, she hung up on me.
I then called the store again and was connected to a different manager, who was polite and apologetic. She said she was outside at the time but would return to the restaurant to review what happened. I asked her to please check the camera footage—both of how the staff member was speaking to me and also whether the food was packed properly, because the box I received was completely unusable.
My complaint is not only about the missing food, the poor packaging, or the chicken without its coating. The most serious issue is the way I was treated as a customer. People pay their hard-earned money to eat at your restaurant, and they deserve to be treated with respect and to receive properly prepared food. If staff members continue to scream at, accuse, and hang up on customers while pretending to be a manager, it will seriously damage your business.
I respectfully request that this matter be taken seriously. Please review the footage and address the staff member’s behavior. It is very concerning that someone representing your business would treat...
Read moreWhat can I say… my first impression when I walked in for the first time in this KFC was bad. Those that work there seemed like they were too busy having fun talking to than helping the customers waiting at the counter to make an order.
For me I literally was standing there waiting. Some looked at me and yet did not approach me as I was waiting. It was like they were saying “I’ll deal with him when I feel like it”. Most that I’ve seen were acting like there was nothing to take care.
The amount of orders that needed to be made were still up when I checked. I don’t now how long the customers before me were waiting but I’m guessing they’ve been waiting more than 20mins. When the orders started to grow in numbers that’s when they finally take action. To serve the customers.
For me it felt like an hour of wait. I could of went home, take a shower, watch some TV and then come back and still not have my order ready.
I do not highly do NOT recommend this KFC if you are starving to death. You will be waiting for a long time.
I’m not gonna say what I ordered but it definitely did not feel complete. It looked like someone didn’t have much to give back so they gave you what they had. That’s how my meal looked like.
One last thing. The crew members did not look approachable. U wouldn’t feel like going up to them for anything. The amount of smiles and happening I’ve noticed between crew members compared to the customers is clear as day. A BIG difference with how they treat customers compared to their...

I recon hire 3 experienced cooks & 1-2 front counter ppl taking orders who don't touch the food and one other to take drive thru these order takers must me be trained to do orders only.. counter and drive-thru are interchange for backup purposes. 1 full time cleaner which ONLY cleans . 3 cooks must be well trained in packing making sure everything fresh throw out old chips and chicken , or an option for food sitting for more than 1 hour get 20% discount or dont sell at all.. alot of work needs not only this kfc... noticed many others even burger king and maccas. Kids 14-16 dont care about the customer or the job they just want there measily cheque at end week. On the other hand put in pros pay them a wage that may support half a family and re-structure the employees. You may have a classy restaurants instead of EXPENSIVE crappy fast...
