Everyone i know told me it was better than KFC. After trying Broaster's, I agree with them 100%. You don't get it like this anywhere else in the area.
Came in on a sunday arvo and I gotta say... The chicken's absolutely amazing (gotta try the spicy) and the coleslaw that comes with it is genuinely so good, not to mention the gravy that you can dip your fries into. I'm not much of a chips guy but everyone at home loved em.
The service is bloody great, the two young fellas working were very nice and made a lot of small talk, I felt very welcomed. The parking's a bit on and off but that's not their fault here.
Overall, it's my 3rd time trying Broasters and I can confidently say it's better than KFC. If you don't believe me come give it a go, I might even catch you here one...

Their customer service is profoundly lacking in many aspects - the owner is extremely defensive and sensitive when asked about the legitimacy of “hand slaughtered” chicken - when I witnessed that they were cooking an item that clearly isn’t.
It was very apparent that a resolution was not possible. Their reply to a simple question was quite threatening, immature and abhorrent.

When I called the restaurant, they told me three times in a row that they would send the missing items. However, on the fourth call, they told me to speak to the manager to resolve the issue. When I spoke to the manager, he said it was not his fault, was rude, and told me that if I wanted the missing items, I should either come to pick them up myself or place a new order.
