Fountain Kitchen Chinese Take Away — Restaurant in Sydney

We decided to take a chance on Fountain Kitchen because of the reviews online being so favourable. It was a good sign as I walked in that there were already locals getting orders and it was about 10 minutes after opening. When ordering they were extremely polite and had a very kind demeanour. They were very fast, and gave me a freebie as well. The food was hot when I got it home, it was well packaged and smelled amazing. Post-meal I can assure that they're the best Chinese in the west. Went there for the $8 lunch takeaway special. I specifically asked for no sauce when ordering. When it was done I could see that there was sauce in there. I went back and states there was sauce in there. The cook came out and said he used only a small amount of stock in there. I said I wanted no sauce and wanted a simple dry fry and rice, that's all. He stood there and didn't even offer to replace it or refund my money when he knew I wasn't happy. I didn't want to quarrel over an $8 special so just left. Never been to this place before but found it because it was closest to where we were eating. Order takeaway for pick up went in 530 on the dot pretty much ready to go. It was a large order everything was there.

Very friendly service was excellent no problems with the order and no problems with putting everything in a box for us to take home.

Food itself is absolutely excellent decent portions plenty of protein and seafood in the orders. Really great food couldn’t fault it at all.

Will definitely be going back to this place next time we’re close with the extra 10 minute drive. Much cheaper than Penrith and the quality of food...
