Frank's Lebanese Restaurant Fairfield — Restaurant in Sydney

Just ordered 1 and half chickens with a mixed pickles large chips, large tabouli , the meal comes with two small garlics , so i ordered two extra small garlics on the side. First they told us 20 minutes for the chicken to be cooked . No worries so we were very happy to wait. Come back 20 minutes later to be told it's going to be another 20minutes. They saw we were not happy so they took some chickens off the heat and gave us chickens that were just cooked but not charcoal as they normally would be. We grab them and went home as we were hungry and the kids were hungry at home waiting. So we didn't get our mixed pickles . We didn't our two extra small garlics that we paid for, and the chicken was disappointingly cooked. We've gone there for our children's birthday parties in the past . I can safely say even though it wouldn't mean anything to them that they've lost...

We arrived at the restaurant to find no street parking, so went around the back to their pot holed and muddy car parking area and have this man (who I assume was Frank) come running at me in a full on aggressive way and yell "are you eating at Franks!!" and I said yes.. so it wasn't really a great start. As we went into the restaurant I was met with equally rude staff, the chickens in the front window must have been there for 10 days and absolutely NO ONE was in the restaurant. I went with my gut feeling and walked out back to our car to have the same man come back out and abuse me for not eating there and say to never come back. Well guess what, I never will!! Nasty thieves. My pregnant wife went there for lunch, she was not asked whether she wanted to eat in or takeaway- so they assumed she wanted takeaway. She ordered at the counter off the counter. The menu did not state if it was eat in or takeaway.. So when my wife sat down they brought over the meal to takeaway, but that's not what she wanted. The staff then said it'll cost $3 more to eat in which my wife was happy to pay. People get confused and mixed up which is fair enough, but when my wife said she had no cash the staff had the decency to have my heavily pregnant wife go out to find an ATM over $3. Never again guys. Sorry, you're food is quite good, but your lack of decency is enough for me to never go...
