I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fresh Shawarma and I can confidently say it was one of the best food experiences I've had in a long time.

From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere was clean, casual, and inviting. Perfect for a quick meal or a relaxed bite with friends or family.

The food was absolutely exceptional. The shawarma was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy, with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. The wraps and plates were generous in portion and packed with fresh ingredients, from salads to flavourful sauces that tied everything together beautifully.

Everything tasted authentic and made with care. What stood out most was the consistency and quality, you could tell they put effort into every order. It’s not just a takeaway joint it’s a place that takes pride in delivering a great meal every time.

Horrible Customer Service

I am beyond disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff was inattentive and seemed uninterested in helping us. We waited forever to be seated, and once we were, our server ignored us for a long time before taking our order. When we asked for help with a simple issue, we were met with an attitude. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I won’t be coming back we been there more then 2 years customers on the end the owner will call 📞 us and tell us don't come back to our restaurant 😒 because we have said the truth about he's customer service and he hold he's stuff not he's customers shame on you as your own brother came and apologise for us and 7 people they were setting with us on table good luck 👍 with your business will definitely not recommended you any more I wish i can put 0 star lol i wonder why you have so many...

Ordered from Uber eats and was extremely disappointed. Would give 0 stars if I could. Not only were the chips cold, dry, flavourless but also stale. The burgers overall had no flavour and were loaded with this peri/ chilli sauce that was not even mentioned. It almost caused an allergic reaction and ruined the whole burger.
