Gloria Jean's Ingleburn — Restaurant in Sydney

Asian lady who served me was unkind. The Customer Service she provided to the customer directly in front of me seemed performative yet exceptional. But when I was being served she had changed her attitude and was rude. She also had an AirPod in her ear which seemed unprofessional. I had a reward for a free coffee and I had to ask her 3 times if it was still valid and if I could use it. In the past I was able to get any small hot or cold drink and I asked her if I could do the same. But she kept talking over me and asking ‘what do you want’ three times in a condescending tone. I told her I wanted a small oat mocha because i assumed it was part of the free reward (which it should be as I’ve had it before). Then she says no you can only get a cappuccino or latte and different milk meant I had to pay. I just told her I’ll get a normal cappuccino. She left the cappuccino on the table and walked away. The cappuccino didn’t even taste that good. Do not recommend this...

This cafe is hidden away in a nice quiet location, and is a quiet Cafe with comfortable seating for those who need their own space or a quiet conversation. As far as products go it's your typical Gloria Jeans menu, nothing too special. The issue here is the only thing quieter than the cafe is the staff. I've only ever seen 3 or 4 people in here at once and its fairly obvious to me why. Also be aware that, maybe due to the lack of customers, the opening hours are unreliable.

If you need a quiet place to hide away, or have a conversation, then this is perfect. Otherwise the main st of Ingleburn will serve you...

The staff are lovely here and the quality of food is always quite good. However I can't give this store any more than 3 stars for 1 reason. One of the managers there are absolutely awful, as rude as can be, I can't express how awful she was. I was actually calling up to compliment a staff member but from the first word that manager said to the last, I was appalled. I won't disclose details for the sake of the other managers and staff members who are extremely lovely. I'm really hoping that this manager is now gone. I'm reluctant to go here just incase she's still there. Whoever hires managers please take...
