This is a pretty OK warehouse cafe for the local warehouses. It isn't the best warehouse cafe in the area and it is aiming for low price, not high quality (which it generally does well). The problem is the surprisingly, terrible coffee. Stale, low quality beans with slightly odd milk and a lot of chocolate powder on the flat white order. You are better off with an Aldi coffee pod or a 7/11 cup. I don't know why they spent money on custom paper cups, but not on decent coffee beans that they could display. The brunch is OK (no especially interesting flavours or texture), and for the price (around $18) it's good. However, all sourdough toast should be precut if you provide a wooden knife for takeaway. If the website accepts dine in bookings for 2:30pm, it's disappointing to discover that all food will be served in takeaway containers from 2:15pm.

We ordered 3 PLAIN JAIN BURGERS to pick up, the lady said perfect timing when I arrived, so I assume the burgers were just prepared. The 3 burgers were cooked unevenly, mine was raw as per the photo. I am a rare steak person, but that was raw. My bread patty was squished on one side, so the fillings kept falling off one side. The 3 burgers were spilled on the side of the box, even though I carried them straight up. Weird cheese sauce instead of cheese, strange mayonnaise. The bread was just plain. Not the best burgers overall. It definitely did not look like the burgers on their website.

Do not order from here!! You've been warned!! Wow! I ordered the 'steak with chips and gravy'. Cannot believe I just paid $30 for this CRAP!!! I got a container full of chips, and on top was what looked like a paper thin minute steak, but the size of a slice of cheese!! STEAK: To top it off, it tastes burnt and like it was cooked on a dirty grill!! GRAVY: What the hell is that? It tastes like instant gravy with honey or toffee or something 🤮 Completely overpriced. Extremely disappointed.

Tried these guys for the first time recently & got the King Burger - very good burger!! Prices are also reasonable (Prices in Google photos are out of date - use the Menu link for current pricing). Service was fast and staff are friendly. Shop is well presented, modern & clean with good music making for a welcoming vibe. Parking is easy. It is located by itself in a neat, modern industrial area so there are few trucks in the street, etc but so long as you aren’t expecting a village/Main Street feel it’s not an issue. I will definitely be...
