Had come to take the kids for a pleasant relaxing brunch & the staff prepared our order to take away (without asking). Why anyone would pay for a Nutella Bomb take away for someone else to dunk their nutella bomb block is beyond me?! That is the whole point and joy of ordering a nutella bomb from here! Given I had kids with me & we had made ourselves comfortable at a dine in table within eye view of the counter how the staff didn’t even ask if they were unsure is just laziness.

Sooooo as we clearly were NOT WELCOME to dine in the pretty empty cafe we took our meals & drinks to go as the staff clearly didn’t want us there. To add insult to injury the drinks were made too hot to hold (no tray was even ever offered) that my little one dropped their ‘pre dunked’ Nutella bomb hot chocolate on the way to the car. Was definitely not the relaxing nice brunch out I had planned with the kids so if that is what you are after on a pleasant weekend morning go...

I came in to support a small family business during these tough times but was refused service for not wearing a mask. Yes, you have the right to refuse service but the girl spoke rudely without any compassion or offering a compromise. Let this be a marker on your business so people can choose whether to support you or not. There hasn't been a place I've been to where I've been refused service for not wearing a mask because it's not the restaurant's authority to enforce such mandates. You have lost at least one customer today and possibly more. I hope this will be a lesson learned for business owners like yourself.

Edit: can I add that the girl who spoke to me is mentioned in several reviews and yet she still displays the same abrupt attitude towards customers. Obviously, this hasn't been resolved and it's catching on your reviews...

I really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place—it had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax and unwind. The interior was tastefully done, with a cozy yet stylish setup that felt both modern and comfortable. It’s the kind of spot where you could easily spend hours, whether catching up with a friend or enjoying some quiet time alone.

The coffee was excellent—smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. It had great flavor and was served at just the right temperature, which shows the attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. I’d definitely come back, especially for another coffee and to soak in...
