Came in tonight ordered food sat down with 4 other people, their first mistake was doing all on the one table. After waiting for 15mins food finally came, 4 separate receipts yet food was missing. After not eating my food trying to get to an outcome as to what happen which ended up being the cashiers fault for not putting in the extra food when it was repeated twice did not one person apologise for the mistake or offer even the slightest of compensation. If your after service in the slightest after paying over $100 go to 7/11. My wife found a hair and she literally threw up in her food and spat out whatever was in her mouth even then they didn't believe me they wanted me to bring it them and like 3rd class trash go through it. Why would I bother going to that level if it was a lie. By the time I sorted everything out sat to eat my food was cold I ate less than quarter of it and was turned off. They couldve said do you want a fresh one made or even an apology but they simply ignored me. After demanding a refund after multiple times they asked me to prove I only had less than a quarter so i took it to them but they still said I had eaten it. All in all I got a refund for it but not without fighting for it and even after all of that not even an apology. Plain rudeness, ignorance and disgust. Gave feedback the first time, with a delivery note the second time requesting the food be delivered hot. Received the second delivery and it was as cold if not colder than the first delivery. I have worked in this industry and understand at times there are delays, I have no problem with that. But when I speak to the store manager and he blames the delivery guy, even though the food was delivered in the time stated, and at first tells me as soon as they get the order they start preparing it, regardless of the delivery time, then backflips and says they didn’t start preparing the food straight away, and that that the delivery guy was 10 mins late (even though it was delivered when they said it would be) that’s just bad management.
