Jamaica Blue Narellan Town Centre — Restaurant in Sydney

Very disappointed with the service, went there on Thursday and ordered two coffee and some snacks with it, but unfortunately their tap and go system was not working for some reasons. I waited there about 10 min for network to resolve for payment. But it didn’t set up, was keep buffering. By the time they served coffee to the table to my husband who was sitting there, my husband called me as coffees were getting cold, I told the boy at the counter that we will get cash out and will be pay cash as effpos was still the same. We start having coffees but snacks not given, we had almost half of the coffees. When I went to ask them about the snacks we ordered, the boy told me we won’t give you as you haven’t paid yet, was bit argumentative due the the payment as we are willing to pay but we don’t don’t carry cash and willing to get it from ATM I told them one of us will go and get cash from ATM once we have coffees as you served coffee and it’s getting cold. Guy at the counter told me we don’t know who you are and not giving food, I was like you got the order and you should at least inform us about that No one come to inform, just given us coffee. why did you gave coffees on the table then, Very disappointed answer was that we already started making coffees and it was waste anyways so we rather given to you. I was shocked and felt very disrespectful by this young boys Rude very rude I left the coffees and walked away by telling them that we are not rubbish bin anyways. Keep your coffees and thanks for wasting our 20 minutes. We had to go to another cafe after wasting 20 minutes there Will never go back even it’s last opened...

I wish 0 stars was an option. This place isn't so overpriced when you compare the quality that you get. I would rather order Maccas breakfast, at least I know my teeth will be safe and won't break trying to eat what they refer to as sourdough.

The chef , if any , does not believe or have heard of using salt, their food is as bland as the waitresses attitude.

My eggs were so undercooked if I chicken sat on them they would still have a chance of hatching.

$5 extra for bacon ,or so called bacon. It was a disgusting oily mixture that may have included smoked flavouring to make it seem like decent bacon.

How this place is still in business is beyond me, worst breakfast in my life, this is from someone who grew up in third...

Terrible experience.deserves a zero. Slow service, incapable staff. Staff at register got order wrong, didnt know how to change it eventhough i said ill pay the difference, didnt want to fo extra work by doing some maths. Still Gave the wrong order after waiting eventhough they said they'll cct fix it. I had 3 very dissappointed kids. Kept putting chairs ard like they were ready to close (1 hr before closing time). Asked to speak to the manager said they will come to the table,never showed up, asked again, said oh they went home. Will Never b going back. Slow bad service. Dont go there esp with kids youll be waiting hours only to get the wrong stuff. Pathetic & dissapointing, they should really be ashamed of this...
