1st time attempting to get take away pizza from this place tonight. The experience was far from ideal. I was told 30 minutes. I stood up and asked what was happening with the 3 pizzas ordered, one of them a basic cheese one, when 50 minutes had passed and I hadn't heard a thing. By then, I realised my ordered hadn't even gone through yet. I ended up with the pizzas ready to go home almost 70 minutes from ordering. This is an absurd time for any dine-in or take away pizza place. My final conclusion is that the business couldn't cope with the amount of orders and were completely incapable to manage it. If you are facing that level of delay with customers on-site, you must stop further orders (or any other strategy to be respectful to those paying customers). When this happens in other pizza franchises, you at least get something to make the bad experience less bad. It's either a discount, a garlic bread, something. Assuming an apology from the poor lady up front should suffice is very wrong. I will certainly not recommend the place. The pizzas were just average. Friday night dinner completely...
Read moreThe gourmet pizzas are 10/10 as I had it before.
I want to give 5 star but not yet. The lady at the cashier needs to be more trained.
I asked her what is the cabonassi & salami made out of & she had no clue. Next question... This question may sound dumb, I asked "is the traditional base pizza made the exact same as how gourmet pizza base is made? , she said yes. Which is incorrect as I found out later.
The traditional pizza base is very average/hard base (not as tasty & soft) without fluffy crust.
The gourmet base has a thin base with soft & fluffy crust with more taste.
Anyways was not happy with the traditional pizza I brought because cashier gave wrong details
Cashier should of got trained on about the pizzas ingredients & differences traditional vs...
Read moreWe got 2 pizzas. 1 x Australian and 1 x Trieste (chicken, baby spinach, feta, tomato and olives).
The Australian pizza was more like a simple meat pizza with few meat toppings which isnt quite right. I didn't realise bbq sauce was used as its not listed in the menu ingredients (normally it's a traditional tomato pizza sauce, paste). There was some bacon/ham but I couldn't taste the egg. The toppings tasted a little dry, tough.
The Trieste pizza was a bit nicer but still dry. There wasn't a lot of cheese.
Both pizzas needed some sauce or something to marinade like a proper tomato base to help with the dryness
Service was good, staff were nice shop is clean but pizza was...
