Hungry Jack's Burgers Seven Hills — Restaurant in Sydney

Worst experience!! We had to wait 20 mins for our order to be taken in the drive thru, then once they had taken the order, we weren't even able to get a receipt, because apparently the machine wasn't working. As we were waiting we had noticed that a Achol (staff member) was not wearing gloves, no hair net, and had very long fake nails on. As the order was being given to us, the staff member (Achol) had dropped our food on the floor, causing us to have to wait another 15 mins. Then she proceeded to give our order to another customer, to deliver to us because apparently they were ‘short of staff’. However she came outside, once we refused to take the food (as another customer had touched our food especially during this pandemic). She begun to yell at us asking “are you going to take the food or not”. As soon as we said that we were going to speak to the manager (Grace), Achol had said to us “whatever, I don’t care”. As we went in to speak with the manager, Achol begun speaking and giggling with other staff members about the incident. No apology was given by Achol to us. Burgers may be better at Hungry Jacks but the service is terrible. Slowest drive through ever. Ended up parking the car and walking in, leaving with my food while others ahead of me in the drive through were only just ordering. And that's not because they were fast inside either. They took my order quickly but I watched my burgers sit in the warmer for a few minutes as people buzzed around doing God knows what. I dealt with Nevin in the store, and I'll give him credit for being polite and providing the best service he could. But as I stood there waiting I watched this other lady who I can only assume is a manager (Indian lady not wearing a mask) be rude to her staff (yelling at them in this shrill voice that made ears bleed) while simultaneously ignoring a customer she was in the process of serving at the counter. I do like the food at Hungry Jacks but sadly this service is pretty typical of this place so I'm not sure if I'll go back. I could deal with the rude staff if their drive through moved faster than a snail on valium. Similarly I could probably deal with the slow drive through if they had staff that weren't so rude. Ordered a hot chocolate and had to wait for over 5 minutes while the staff passed around my drink with no lid on between front of house and to the kitchen. Contaminants much? Received drink and it was cold. Was offered a replacement drink which again took forever even though there were no other diners and staff standing around only for the drink to be passed around AGAIN to back of house and just casually walked around with no lid on before being presented to me. I asked why this was and the lady informed me that they use a microwave to heat up the drink and is normal practice. Uh, WEIRD! I have never had my coffee or hot chocolate microwaved. I tried the drink and surprise, surprise it was STONE COLD again. I was not offered a refund after explaining this to the counter person, so I proceeded to leave and discard the COLD chocolate. I normally hate making a fuss about a wrong order or a slightly cold drink but this was 'just out of the fridge' cold and I found the behaviour by the staff...
