Greek food turned into an amazing experience one will never forget. The entrees were, Tilba halloumi with truffle honey. Charcoal Macaroon salted with tarama. And Pasturma tarts with garlic yoghurt, mint, and ouzo compressed cucumber. And all these entrees gave this explosion of texture and flavours that made my taste buds fall in love. Then came this salad which didn't look like a salad as I have known salads to be. The salad had a tomato marshmallow, shaved feta, dehydrated olives, capsicum gel, fresh oregano, and a consommè of cucumber, vinegar and olive oil. This was where science met cooking and boy did the two fuse together to make a wonderful culinary delight that you need to try. Then we had our pickled octopus, which was so good that I stole my friends serving as they were allergic. This reminded me of a Japanese style octopus dish. Then came the duck well the Maremma duck was served with kefalograviera covered cornmeal and a xinomavro jus. The duck was cooked to perfection when eaten with the crusted cornmeal and jus the flavours were just Devine, and last savoury course was the lamb sheftalia made from slow cooked lamb neck, potato and feta dauphinoise, and tahini yoghurt. The lamb neck was so tender and totally amazing with the tahini yoghurt. Finally the dessert was rizogalo with fresh raspberries burnt sugar and white chocolate. What a way to end a culinary exploration of senses and tastes I never thought I had truly amazing. I truly appreciated the amazing food and hope you will try out this restaurant.

I can only give 5 stars to this restaurant! If you follow my reviews I tend to carefully preselect the places I go and I have to say it was definitely worth the 30min trip. If you don’t have great knowledge of Greek cuisine I strongly recommend the fixed taste menu @ just $59 and the extras plus some wine from their quite wide selection, to bad bad they don’t have them all by the glass but what they offer is enough for your first time there. Location is great, quite and near the water, the place is well designed and therefore not to noisy. The food is amazing and I would suggest adding their add-ons to the fixed menu, especially the Sheftalies (pork meat balls with roasted eggplant in tahini sauce and chilly butter)...plus some of the seasoning and veggies from the little side garden they made outside. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. With the add-ons and wine you might pass the $100/pp but, again, this is a must go place and it is definitely worth it. There is NO DOUBT we will be back...and next time we’ll take the baby with us considering that place and location are suitable. We have booked via Google link and found everything was ready without calling back to confirm...sometimes restaurants promote the online booking but you have to call them to find it has not been booked, here no problems whatsoever. Thanks to all of you guys and till the next time. ** FOLLOW ME TO DISCOVER MORE PLACES **

We had our intimate wedding ceremony and lunch in the Starboard Private room at The Kyle Bay in September 2023. It was an absolutely beautiful and a magical day. Julia was our Event Coordinator and was so helpful, friendly, warm and accomodating with all our requests with a welcoming bright smile and nature. We had last minute guests arriving from overseas and The Kyle Bay accommodated them so effortlessly and even helping store their luggage! The food was so delicious with guests complimenting the quality and the size of the dishes. The banquet menu truly is a chefs kiss, with all dishes curated so beautifully. If I had to choose, the soft lamb that melts in your mouth and panna cotta were my favourite! I'd recommend The Kyle Bay to anyone no matter how large or small the group. As an intimate wedding size, I was wary that we were too small however we were met with warm, friendly and knowledgeable staff :).

I had my wedding function with Jaaks it was absolutely amazing and it couldn't have been better. Diana who managed my booking was a sweet heart and was very considerate of my difficulte situation with Doltone house not wishing to postpone my wedding. Diana catered to all my wedding needs as me and my partner are both European and we have high needs to be involved in our evening. The staff where all polite and catered to everyone's needs. The food was absolutely amazing, all the guests complimented the food on how good it looked and most of all tasted. The sunset on the water was absolutely amazing and really set a amazing mood for our special day. We are so glad we chose this venue over the rest. All our guests really complimented on how good the venue was. Thank you for having us

The Kyle Bay was our picturesque choice for our amazing wedding day! We wanted to thank George and Diana from the bottom of our hearts for going above and beyond on our special day. We have both been inundated with comments and praise about the delicious food and hospitality, and so grateful that we had the weather gods on our side as well! Couldn't have asked for a better day! Your staff were all amazing and every request was met with a smile. I think people will be raving about our event for a while and I know a few people that wish to book their future events with you! You were also so great with the bunnies which made our day- so special! Highly recommend The Kyle Bay for your momentous occasions!

Beautiful restaurant, very upscale vibe. Nice views of the river in Kyle Bay. The set degustation menu is very creative and unique whilst still maintaining the traditional Greek and Cypriot flavours. The service is impeccable, very friendly and professional and they are knowledgeable of the menu and describe each dish to you when they serve it. Their concept is brilliant and well-executed, it was a delightful culinary experience. The cocktails are also wonderful - the Metaxa old fashioned is a must try, and the cosmopolitan was great too. Not pictured: a lemon loukoumi palate cleanser (served before the dessert) Pictured but not included in menu: white tarama/caviar wafer cones
