This place should be called ridiculous Indian restaurant. Portions were extremely small and VERY expensive. I paid over $120 for 3 small bowls of curry, 3 nan, 3 drinks and rice. I even called the manager to ask if this is really the correct serving portion. I have travelled to many countries and had indian food at many places but never ever seen a stingy restaurant like Jazzi’s. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Don’t believe the 5 stars reviews ( I think they are related or friends of the owners) Save your money and go somewhere nicer and cheaper. I actually took photos of the curry bowls next to an iPhone 13 ( which is smaller than iPhone 14) to see the actual size of it. This bowl alone cost me $30. Sadly I can’t take photos of the taste. We ordered 3 different curries which is butter chicken, chicken tikka masala and lamb in green curry. We requested mild chilli. All curries came with no chilli, no salt … All three bowls tasted the same … bland sauce with no flavour. Even the Lamb tasted like beef. Just to give you an idea the most flavourful thing we had that day was the garlic bread.. can you imagine…. No words can describe the horrible experience. It was my first time going there and it will be definitely my last visit to the so called “Indian restaurant”. Trust me I wouldn’t be putting this much time and effort into writing this review if we just had a bad experience. It was horrendous. . .

UPDATE: I had to update my post to respond back to the owner of the restaurant.. I can’t believe you had the audacity to respond to my review without even apologising for our experience at your restaurant. I am not amazed that you still remember what we ordered a week ago as your restaurant was empty except for one table next to us and all what they ordered was alcohol.. didn’t see food at all on their table. Yes I did order containers to take leftovers with me as I was messaging my husband and he thought I was exaggerating so I had to take the food for him to experience what we experienced. My husband tasted the food and agreed with me then we threw the leftovers in the bin. The size of the bowl feeds a 5 year old kid so surely 3 adults won’t struggle to finish it. It seems you have a very strong memory.. you should of remembered that we only ate the rice and the naan bread. I am surprised that you have been in the business for 30 years, by the look of the decor, paint and tables it looks like you have had it for 50 years. I frequently go and eat out and I like to experience different food from different cultures but I have never ever come across a restaurant that serves such a small amount of food with no flavour as well as being so expensive. This Friday I went to a sea food restaurant ordered a MASSIVE sea food mixed platter that fed four people and it only...

Dear Patrons, friends and family, and local community I want to share with you this thing.two week ago on Sunday Gerard(a Srilankan background) order home delivery which he requested (3v )means very very very hot and that day weather was hot as well. In the order he asked what today special we inform Garlic bhuna lamb so he choose and butter chicken and we delivered.( maybe Gerard goes those places there special means cheap meals but our restaurant means some new dishes that why could be dollar or two more may be that's why they rang four time till delivered but couldn't asked). four days later his wife rang and asked refund money cause he felt sick,I told he ordered extremely hot chilli food Mabe he couldn't handle very well. But still I said to her very nicely you had to inform same day not four days later but still I will refund money ,but procedure is same bring back that food and doctor letter I give u refund rather than they accept my offer they start threatening to me Gerard said my wife work in fair fax media she will write down something, give $3000 dollars. Which we rejected then he start swearing and told me give me $58 dollars but with apology.I said you swear and we apologise, rules still same those food and doctor report to prove it happens from that food we will refund you. Next day I received fake letter head lawyers letter cause what was written down in that letter (if lawyer accept he could be in trouble ) english so worst and material in this letter as a lawyer cannot send. Everything recorded and letter given to police. One more mistake Mr Gerard completely in trouble.1- swearing 2- threatened 3- blackmailing 4- fake letterhead (someone letterhead useing) 5-defaming 6-demanding money without comply. Those thing I want to share because this area given me trust and confidence after Newtown, Twelve years and many more to come in south hurstville we running this business. I will keep inform...

Terrible food. The butter chicken, vegetable korma and eggplant dish was so sweet. Almost like they made a dessert and added sugar syrup. When I advised the waitress of this she said “it was sweet because it is mild” I have never heard of this before. There was no spice whatsoever even in the medium spice dishes. The vege korma consisted of a couple of pieces of green capsicum (never had this in Indian dishes), a few carrots and a piece of broccoli which cost over $16.00. The garlic naan came out 15 minutes before the food and was thin and crispy as opposed to being soft and fluffy like a regular naan. The only saving grace of this place was the veal which was nice and tender but again, way too sweet. Was so sweet we had to eat 3 plates of rice to balance it. All together came to $120.00 for 4 people. Much better food in a food court. Don’t...

We were driving through and decided to stop for dinner. I really enjoyed the meal and especially the lamb briyani. - We were at Jazzi's again last night. We ordered the lamb briyani and keema naan again and added the mixed entree. We ended having to take the leftovers home. This is one of our favourite Indian restaurants and I have been to many. Latest We brought my BIL and SIL here for dinner tonight, in addition to the usual, we ordered the Fish Korma and the blackboard special: Goat Masala. Both were delicious but OMG the Goat Masala was so good that we ordered another portion and a Lamb Briyani to take home.

This is one of the best Indian Restaurants you’ll find in Sydney. The chef (Jazzi) is an absolute master in the kitchen and will cook to your preferences (no worries if you can’t take your curries too hot). Our favourite thing to do is just leave it up to Jazzi to feed us - it’s always amazing. With starched white tablecloths and warm friendly service, they also cater for vegetarians and vegans. We have eaten in Indian restaurants all over the world and still say this place is the best!
