Absolutely disgraceful customer service!!!!!

The girl behind the counter had a go at me for coming back into the shop as it had no avocado, sour cream or corn chips on it That’s what makes it a Mexican pizza!!!

The girl had the hide to say to me well it’s a pizza isn’t it…. Topped with what’s probably her signature bad attitude!

We ordered at home told to pick up in 30min We then waited an additional 45min in the shop…. Asked to pay when we arrived or we would have walked out

Minimal topping was then added and why not mate pop those corn chips on using NO gloves…. Bloody gross 🤮

Cold and dry with a sprinkle of disgusting

Second time giving them a go after a disaster with the last delivery

Never ever again

Been coming to JC’s for over 10 years, back when John owned and ran the place. It’s had its ups and downs since he departed but happy to say the current owners have got it back on track to the original days.

My usual order is a supreme with olives and anchovies and the latest one I had was very very close to the OG John made one. Big fans of the Red Prawn pizza too and that was also very good. Now the kids are older they’ve gravitated from the Hawaiian to the Pepperoni and that didn’t miss either.

All in all it’s great to see the quality return to this place and also see people back eating in. I grabbed a takeaway this time but next time will bring the family up to eat in.
