Came for a family lunch this afternoon, at table 63 a group of boys were seated, they ordered food and were waiting. As we noticed AND your staff noticed they were seated for around 30 minutes and they were minding their business.
Suddenly a group of people came over and claimed that table 63 was reserved for them, the lady staff present asked the boys to leave in a very rude and provoking manner, it was disgusting and unprofessional. Zero hospitality. She started to increase her voice and became hyper, she played the female sympathy card. It’s unfair that your staff seated the boys at a table and then rudely asked them to move when they’ve been waiting for their food for 30 minutes and have already paid - they were already comfortable for the last 30 minutes and had received some starters, as if they were going to move.
Your staff need to work on their professionalism and manners, your lady staff also ridiculed them when they kindly asked for a refund without starting a fight, and she replied with “what refund?” in a very inappropriate tone, it was very uncomfortable for the rest of us who were dining, we all felt sorry for the boys, even the child of the family who claimed the “reserved” table said that your staff were rude. Your lady staff also said “we don’t need customers like you anyway”, the rest of your staff were also useless - NO ONE came forward to solve the problem at all, they were either being rude or didn’t care at all. How come you guys didn’t know which tables were reserved and which weren’t? Your lady staff told US that we could choose ANY table.
I hope the customers who come to this place are only there for the sky view, because your customer service, your arrogance and your food is ridiculous, shame...

We ordered 2 Aussie feast for kids(this is just oilly fries and two southern style fried chicken tenders btw) @$16. Came on time as we were being served by the nice waiters. However we ordered a third one and we waited after finishing all our platters and food which never came. Upon enquiring with the glasses female she was quote rude and said we never ordered it. Than she took the order again and 25 minutes later brought the food. We paid and left. This morning I checked the bill and I can see I have been charged for 4 Aussie feasts which the glasses wearing female clearly didn't see..!! Overly priced Non veg platter $119 4 varieties of small meat pieces spread over a long board platter. Max worth at a expensive restaurant $60. Value of meat and stuff on it not even $20. Overly priced wine, usually 4 for $20 @ Any bottler. They charge $38. Food is good but small portioned and very expensive. The dhal small pot(bowl size) is whooping $18. Food: Ordered the Non veg platter for 4. Food was great, nice flavour and well made. Good quality of food and very flavoursome, enjoyed it.
However quantity was nothing compared to the price it cost.
Plates/Cutlery: I'm sorry but if you want to be a successful business, you need to be a professional business, and this just does not cut it. I love the food and would come back. But I am not here to eat at a function. I'm here to eat at a nice restaurant. Regardless of covid or struggling, this is bread and butter of a restaurant, and having plastic cups, plates and cutlery is extremely poor and hence this ruins the experience.
Ambience: Not terrible, improvements DEFINITELY can be made. I felt like I was sitting in a diner, which ironically they had wallpaper with diner graphics. Are you guys trying to be a run of the mill place or a nice restaurant?
You have got a nice location, with nice outdoor space too.
Seating: Needs to change ASAP. This will change the style of the restaurant completely. Inside you have diner style seating with minimal table/chairs and outside you have seating as if you've setup for a day.
Staff: Okay, but you need to train staff to be more hospitable. Not enough communication or enthusiasm with customers. Look like they are forced to be there.
Also, we called up to book a table and were TOLD by the person who answered, that there was no space available! HA! Then when we looked online, it was available. That person who answered the phone needs to be let - go.
Overall: Food will keep people returning, however eventually they will become tired of coming if there are no improvements...
