(I never usually make reviews, but this place was so bad that I had to)

I came here yesterday late night around 12am, and I ordered a large chicken and cheese pide for $16. First of all it took a solid 20min for it to be made and it came out soggy feeling as if it’s microwaved. And the WORST part is that the pide was ONLY JUST BREAD. There was no chicken, barely one tiny piece of chicken in each slice, and pretty much no cheese either at all inside it. This place is EXTREMELY stingy on all of their ingredients they use on every order, I watched the workers place ingredients on kebabs then take some off putting it back away with the ingredients and then recounting everything on the kebab. This place is also very overpriced compared to other establishments close by. I will NEVER be coming here again and also won’t be recommending this place to anyone. If I wanted JUST BREAD, I would go to this Lebanese shop down the road and atleast buy it freshly baked and cheaper. I only wish I took pictures of the pide to show how badly they disgraced this Turkish dish absolutely...

Very disappointing experience at Hills Kebabs in Bella Vista. I was served a meal that contained hair, which is a clear breach of basic food hygiene standards. When I requested a refund, staff told me they could not return the full amount because of GST, which is completely incorrect. Under Australian tax law, GST is simply adjusted on refunded sales therefore businesses are not “out of pocket” when issuing a full refund.

More importantly, Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a full refund when food is faulty, unsafe, or contaminated. Refusing to provide the full refund is not only misleading but also a breach of consumer guarantees.

To make matters worse, I paid by card yet was told the refund could only be processed in cash. This is not true. EFTPOS systems allow refunds to cards, and avoiding this raises concerns about transparency and proper record-keeping. On top of all this, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which made an already unpleasant...

Hills Kebabs is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warmest smiles and genuinely beautiful service. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and their attention to detail is second to none.

Now, let’s talk about the food—specifically the snack pack. It’s hands down the tastiest I’ve ever had! The meat is cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor, while the chips are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The combination of sauces is pure magic, complementing every bite perfectly. You can tell they put so much care and love into every dish they serve.
