To be honest I am sick of leaving that store with everything wrong with my order. I had recently purchased a feast pack I asked the young lad for specific prices only ribs and wings no other peices on top of that I ordered an add on of 2 wings and 2 ribs he said that would be ok as I know they do set packs. When my order was ready I asked him was my order good in regards to just wings and ribs he said yes so silly me did not check before leaving. I usually go drive thru but to many mistakes so I thought I would go intstore lol no difference. Furious I got home the oil from the chicken went thru box bag and on car seat ,I think 1 wing the rest mainly thighs I called spoke to manager and his comment was "They are young" He apologised but to be truthful to many mistakes to many times. I ask for fresh chips I watched the young lad he was going to mix old with new so I caught him out on that also and said to him I want fresh chips that means just come from oil and no mixing with old. Read moreI recently visited the KFC Blacktown outlet and unfortunately had a really bad experience. The quality of the food was really poor and it was not at all what I expected. I ordered a burger meal and the burger was very dry and not fresh at all. The fries were cold and the drink was watered down. The food did not taste fresh and it was clear that it had been sitting out for a long time. Overall, it was not an enjoyable experience.
In addition to the poor quality of food, the service was also not great. The staff seemed uninterested in their job and were not friendly at all. They also seemed to be moving very slowly and did not seem to care that there were other customers waiting. I had to wait a long time for my order, and when I finally received it, it was not worth the wait.
I have been to other KFC outlets in the past and have always had a good experience, but this particular outlet needs to improve their food and service. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone and would suggest going to another KFC outlet if you are...
Read moreOrdered my food through the Uber Eats app. Noticed my delivery driver sitting there for over 30 minutes, called the restaurant no response. Called the driver who was still waiting on my food, said the food wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. So that would make its 40 minutes, keep in mind I get 30 minutes for lunch at work. Noticed the original driver had cancelled the job( after waiting 40 minutes I would of too) called the restaurant who finally answered and said the food was ready but waiting for a driver and because of the wait I would get extras ( which I didn't) the food finally arrived at 1pm, and hour and 10 minutes after i ordered it! and yep the food was cold, tried getting a refund but Uber said no, not there fault considering the restaurant didn't have the food ready and were apparently waiting for fresh product.
