Normally I don’t like to give negative feedback. BUT I have to do this time!!!! I ordered the chicken chow mein through UberEats tonight, but we ended up getting the chicken and veggies, there is NO chow mein! I called the restaurant, the lady who answered the call said they forgot to put the noodle in the order for us, I kindly asked if they can send us another one or refund us, and she said, “THE NOODLE IS FREE, the fee is only for chicken and veggies, so it is okay to not give us noddles because it is free.” HOW RIDICULOUS IT IS!!!! Why is it called “chicken chow mein” if you think you don’t have to give customers noddles?!!! Then she said she asked us to go to restaurant to get the noodles or we can get noodles for free next time. I am in the hospital that’s why we ordered from you because it is nearby. When is the next time I will order from you when we go home?? AND GUESS WHAT?? I was told that I can’t talk to the manager or boss because they are too busy. SHAME ON YOU for having such a rude people who work in the restaurant!

Love coming here, atmosphere, service, and especially the kung pow chicken, pan fried pork dumplings, think the old chinese restaurants when you come thinking if you are wanting waiters serving you dont come her as this place is not for you but if love the customer service here as its authentic to them and the culture and food provided its awesome! Must try if you are after something special, also when you get the pan fried pork dumplings ask for the chilli oil on the side, they look confused but still provided and if you go often enough like i do they remember you and your order which to me is great customer service !

When my wife and I visited the restaurant on February 15 for dinner, it was not very busy, with only two other customers at a table. The young lady at the counter seemed indifferent to our presence, speaking in short and cold tones. Although the special fried rice appeared appetising, it lacked the characteristic "wok heat" and flavour, and the shrimp had a boiled taste while the BBQ pork was dry. We were perplexed by the restaurant's many glowing reviews and can only surmise that we visited on an off night.

Very disappointing, I called & put my order thru at 5:45pm & asked if I could pick up at 6:15pm, I arrived on time & advised my order, lady at register just told me the price I handed her my cash & her reply was "NOT READY"... after waiting over 15 minutes & seeing many people walk in & out with their orders, I asked if it was going to be much longer, I was told probably another 10 min, I had another appointment to be at & said I couldn't wait this extra 10 min (which was 25min after my order was meant to be ready)... I asked if I could have a refund as I could not wait, and was just given quite a rude look & told to wait while she went on to serve other customer's, very rude... after again prompting her she went into the kitchen where I heard staff yelling 2 min... seems kitchen staff and wait staff lack any customer service skills & do not value their customer's time, I can totally understand being busy, but instead of taking my money & then saying "NOT READY", you could have told me on the phone it would be a longer wait than 30 min or told me before taking my money it would be another 25 minutes (almost an hour in total)... Better communication from staff with ability of being polite would go a long way, I will be ordering elsewhere...
