KFC Campsie — Restaurant in Sydney

I'd only had a Banana & a piece of chocolate during the day & I remembered there was a KFC in Beamish st, so I thought can I be bothered walking up the street for a burger. Glad I did , I thoroughly enjoyed the meal I bought a Zinger burger with small chips & can of Pepsi Max. I asked for the chips to be fresh, they were piping hot & crispy , as I was eating them I thought to myself they must change there oil regularly as the colour & taste made me instantly think that. The Zinger burger, the chicken was succulent, I think this is the first time ever I've thought of a piece of chicken from any KFC as being succulent. It was golden in colour & the bun was fresh & lettuce was a little less to what I'm use to but I think it just make the chicken the cleat winner. I let I guess the he was the boss know. I stayed it clearly around me that it was fresh & hot the way I like it & I like people to know that I appreciate &;enjoyed my meal in the store. I informed another customer after me asked twice that he wanted fresh chips I said mate there fresh . I just asked for the same thing moments ago so I can vouch for that. So I think a good appetite & a craving for the food your feeling like & the food the served me today will see me as a return customer when I'm in the area next. Good job, nicely surprised & satisfied. I still feel that kFC are a bit expensive for what they are compared to other food chains for my budget so I will look around for a more cost effective solution which can satisfy my craving at times & sometimes you pay a bit more. Store could be a bit more cleaner regarding tables & bench tops, floor & glass windows but it could have been a busy day with no staff, also coming into...

This is an ok KFC. Had been in there first time and really like the girl working at front. Mostly she's by herself and handling the pressure the best way possible because the store is so tiny and cramped that it's filling with customers standing or sitting while waiting.

I really like and appreciate her service towards me. She's an excellent worker, and I could see how stressed she was because nobody else was helping her!! Its the caucasian appearance girl. I saw few indian workers in the kitchen yes I seen kitchen hand staffs which is good but the other Indians PRETEND to be working...if they're free they should've helped out front. I mean the girl at front was all by herself with so many customers COME ON!!! Food was good. Atmosphere is a one star because if cramped space they should get rid of the tables and stick with the stools and bench. That would leave ALOT more space despite the store being so small. It's small already why cramp it up by adding tables? I would give that girl out front a tip but I didn't have the cash on me. But all thanks to that girl at front for her hard work and handling pressure at the same time. She deserves to work somewhere better. With better pay. And from my chef and restaurant experience before, I would gladly say that if she's interested in restaurant jobs or even waitressing, or even working at RSL clubs, I can already tell she's definitely worth hiring. Went to KFC Campsie. Ordered my meal on the app. I waited with about 15 other customers for my food.

As we were all waiting, there was this horrendous smell coming from the kitchen. It was like oil mixed with some noxious gas. All customers began to cough and rush out of store.

I asked the worker to cancel my order. She said no, wait for your order outside. After such a horrendous smell that led the store to be evacuated, there was no way I was going to eat that food.

I asked again for a refund or to speak to the manager and was told no, that I should go into the app and cancel. I went into the app and showed her there was no cancelling the order. I then left the store as I couldn't stay in there any longer, as I went into a coughing fit from the smell.

The worker there then saw my mother, who was with me waiting for the light to follow me and she handed her the food to give to me.

I proceeded to throw the food into the trash. Who in their right mind would eat food that was cooked in a place that smelt like burning chemical gas.
