Buyers of this shop need to be very careful and compute your bill before checking out. Cashiers seem to have a habit of over-charging customers. I bought a rock melon that showed 2 for $5 or $2.65 if you buy only 1. I got only one and when I went to check out, cashier charged me $5 for the rock melon (plus my other items). Good thing they gave a receipt and I confirmed the error and gave me back the correct change. I told this to my wife and she said it happened to her more than once in this store and saw other customers had the same experience. Honesty is questionable...

Very unpleasant experience, was talked down by the employee at the register when I have simply asked for a price check on the Lychee that they were selling. The sign showed $8/kg but they had instead charged $16/kg when I bought two boxes pre-packed at 500g each.

When I notified her about the mistake, she replied, “if you can’t buy two, just buy one”. Ambiguous pricing that needed fixing and staff could not be bothered when I was telling her the issue.

Big shop. Various veggies. However, poor experience of customer service. One of the young lady cashier just kept talking to her colleague with a different language rather than English, totally ignoring and hanging me and other customer waiting in line.
