KFC Crossroads — Restaurant in Sydney

Had the worst experience. Can’t believe they keep recruiting these young aged people who have no idea how to deal with customers. Ordered through the drive through with a very unfriendly voiced person. Moved to the payment window and waited at-least for sometime (no one was there and the window was closed) before moving to the next window. One person opened the window and handed over the food and was gone. So at that point the food was free as I did not pay anything. I started to knock on the window to pay and a while after a girl opened the window and started to lecture me for not paying in the last window. Just unbelievable how rude she was. Then her supervisor (so called Emilia) started to back her up for the behaviour. No surprises there. Order was taken incorrectly so had to get that sorted. Got out of the drive through and realised, they never gave me the drinks, unfortunately had to go back and the same girl who took the incorrect order, was not in her station was going on and on while I was given the drink by the so called supervisor. They did not have their name tags on and also refused to share the name. KFC cross roads - never...

Touch screen at the front 100% added up total amount payable incorrectly. It displayed $15.95 for a habanero chicken and burger combo, plus $2.95 for popcorn chicken added on, then proceeding to payment kept showing over $26 as total payable. Tried 4 times, once on every single touch screen they had.

Then proceeded to order the same at the counter, which ended up being more than what was originally displayed on the screens but less than what I almost accidentally paid after proceeding to payment earlier.

Finally, I head off with the order and later find the habanero chicken was just plain chicken - not “drizzled” in anything despite how its advertised. This is maybe the fifth? time I’ve ordered here over the couple years I’ve been driving past from work, against my better judgment, and literally not ONE single time have I driven away with what I ordered, hence why I’m bothering to type this out…

I get this kind of fast food isn’t exactly meant to be fine dining but when you literally can’t order from a place without getting ripped off and not what you pay for,...

DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC. I am not one to write a review however I have had enough of this kfc location at Crossroads. I ordered a zinger burger box, popcorn chicken and wicked wings. I specifically asked for EVERYTHING to be made fresh as my wife is pregnant. The food came out like is been sitting there for an hour, the zinger crunch burger looks nothing like what is advertised. I threw it in the bin but I should have taken photos. The meat was not even warm. Wicked wings tasted old and chips were nothing but soggy. This is the third time this has happened. The person who took the order confirmed that everything would be made fresh. It’s like all of them would say the words but it goes in one ear and out the other. The only thing in the entire order that was at the temperature it should have been was the bottle of water which came from the fridge.
