Best Western Casula — Hotel in Sydney

Me and My friends were just wanting a night out to have fun. We booked the place to stay because we were too far from our house and the place we wanted to go was near this motel. When we walked in Joseph was nice but he was asking very personal questions which made our first impressions of the place slowly go down. For example why are you staying here for? Etc we felt that we couldn’t just book the place and stay in a nice motel. That we have to say all of our personal information. And ALSO PAY $150 for A DEPOSIT !!!! On top of the $210 we paid for our room. I’ve been to the Star yes more expensive but they never once asked me personal questions and also didn’t make me pay a deposit too! // Never will stay here again because he was also demanding us things that we can’t do in the place like it was such bad customer service. when in the end it was just booked for 3 people just wanting to sleep but saying to us not to party not to bring people around multiple times as if we didn’t understand and it just made us 20 year olds feel like we are incompetent in listening. But I will say also the rooms are very clean but not spacious and smell 100% of bleach we felt like we were engulfed by the smell. But again WILL NEVER STAY...

Had an excellent stay at Best Western Casula whilst attending a three-day conference away from home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. My room and bathroom were both exceptionally clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and despite being located on a busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet. The split system air con also worked very well in the evenings when it got a bit cold. Super convenient location and easy access to local restaurants and shops within walking distance as well which was a big plus. Continental breakfast was provided on 2 of the 3 days which made things so much easier in the mornings before heading out. The barista-made coffee was also much appreciated. Had the big brekky on the day of checkout which kept me full all day and was delicious!

We stayed here twice and both times, our rooms were immaculate. The rooms were spacious for three adults with plenty of wardrobe space. Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels were provided and the mattresses and pillows were comfortable. The people who manage this property are very friendly and lovely to deal with and they are personally invested in making their guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The location was perfect for people coming in from Melbourne or on their way back to Melbourne. Although it is just off the highway, the rooms have double-glazed windows which cut down a lot of the noise, so we slept absolutely fine. Carry earplugs if you're a very light sleeper. It would be great if they provide a microwave in the room for families who want to heat up food/ milk etc. It's not always economical to get takeaway for every meal when you're...
