left an amazing review a few years ago, but my recent experience was absolutely appalling. Came in drive through around 1:02pm to be precise. Ordered a 3 piece satisfryer box with a snack sub for my family and a flayva wrap with extra sauce.
Came home and checked my order and my flayva wrap was a squashed rooster roll with no sauce just big chunky pieces of chicken. Photos attached.
I live 20 minutes away and also had my toddler in the car with me. So when I got home I noticed this mistake, I called the store up to see what I can do about this. The person who served us wore the name tag “Bradley”. We happened to catch him on the phone also. When we explained to Bradley what had happened he checked our order and insisted that was what we ordered when i clearly confirmed my order “FLAYVA WRAP” that sounds NOTHING like “rooster roll”, I also Confirmed for them to “add extra sauce” on my FLAYVA WRAP.
With nothing for me to eat at home hence why I went drive through I was left with this squashed roll with big chunks of chicken. Then Bradley asked us to drive down and give the rooster roll back so he can swap it, acting like fuel is free and it was MY mistake. I told him I can only come back later as it’s my toddlers nap time soon. He said no can do.

Read moreNEVER! leave reviews, much less for a fast food joint but today I had to pay my respects to whomever looked after my partner: She dropped her bag full of food right before leaving. Staff runs to help her out, picks up the chips that had fallen out n fully replaced them straight away (shame in the waste of food, we would have not minded the extra chips that didnt fall out of the bag). The staff admited they maybe put too much in one bag, my partner admited she could have been more careful.
My daughter and I enjoyed our first time at R.R. fresh crispy yum hot honey fried chicken!
If I was the manager I'd find whom was the champion behind this and give them a $20 dollar a day pay rise, even if I had to get it off my own salary. I would ask them what do I need to do to not let them go in the near future. If all fast food joints looked after workers that deliver customer service like this, they would not all be scrambling to find...
Read moreTo the owner of this store, please teach your staff especially sushant ' who calls himself manager of your store' what goes in a 8 piece fried box....it should be a set combination of chicken not just drumstick and wings. When requested him to correct his mistake in return his saying he packs like this for all customers...another big problem if his providing such poor service to all customers that his serving. No apologies from him nor even admitting that his wrong. Had to force him to change the chicken pieces to correct combination. Customers should not be teaching your staffs especially your managers what and how orders should be packed, this is something that should be in place prior to them serving customers.
