17/4/2025 ordered the family feast waited 15mins,food came out awful, chips were brownish and the chicken don't get me started looked burnt dark brown burnt like, took it back to the counter and asked for a refund as it looked off. Went back on the 21/4 as the refund had still not shown up and was told they will investigate and get back to us and should be processed today.
However received an email from the online team.
unfortunately we are unable to help with refunds for orders made over the counter.
Having said that due to the long weekend refunds can be delayed because of the public holidays so it probably will take longer than normal to get back to the customer.
If you have done the refund correctly the customer will have to wait for it to come back as refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to be received.

We ordered meals for 2 people, zinger stacker box for hubby, and an ultimate box for myself with the burger changed for a zinger. We also asked for extra salt at the window. After waiting 10mins was told our chicken fillets were dropped and being re-cooked - cool, no problem we understand mistakes happen but then were told by the manager that we had waited so long to be told that because the other staff members were afraid to come and tell us because SCARVED WOMEN USUALLY ABUSE THEM!
