KFC Enfield — Restaurant in Sydney

17/4/2025 ordered the family feast waited 15mins,food came out awful, chips were brownish and the chicken don't get me started looked burnt dark brown burnt like, took it back to the counter and asked for a refund as it looked off. Went back on the 21/4 as the refund had still not shown up and was told they will investigate and get back to us and should be processed today.

However received an email from the online team.

unfortunately we are unable to help with refunds for orders made over the counter.

Having said that due to the long weekend refunds can be delayed because of the public holidays so it probably will take longer than normal to get back to the customer.

If you have done the refund correctly the customer will have to wait for it to come back as refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to be received.

This is very poor customer service from the team member at The Enfield Store who should have the ability to check if transaction had or not been processed properly as it was done through there...

Came for a quick drive through dinner whilst the baby slept. Not one person inside, nobody in the carpark, very quiet night. The staff were rude and disinterested, looking miserable. We ordered meals for 2 people, zinger stacker box for hubby, and an ultimate box for myself with the burger changed for a zinger. We also asked for extra salt at the window. A fairly simple order and with no other customers, I would imagine it shouldn't be too hard. We got put in the waiting bay straight away, no worries. Usually it makes sense if they are cooking things fresh or are busy, we get it. 18 minutes in the waiting bay, where 4 other cars came through the drive through and were also put straight in the waiting bay. By the time the staff wandered out, on his phone, he did not apologize for the delay or really care. Orders were completely wrong too. Disappointed. Had to wait so long for old food, that wasn't what we even ordered. By the time we got our food, the baby was awake and crying, so had to rush home. Rude staff, bad service, old food. Wouldn't...

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a family box at lunch time (1230) on Thursday 24/6. After waiting 10mins was told our chicken fillets were dropped and being re-cooked - cool, no problem we understand mistakes happen but then were told by the manager that we had waited so long to be told that because the other staff members were afraid to come and tell us because SCARVED WOMEN USUALLY ABUSE THEM! Shocked that I was directly targeted by this comment from the manager, FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. We then proceeded to wait another 20-25mins for our food! Even though staff brought out the orders to 5 other cars that ordered AFTER US! When our order was finally brought out, the staff member stood far from the car and yelled "what'd ya order?!" and practically threw our food in the window and stomped off, no apology for the time we had waited or anything. After all that the food was COLD AND DISGUSTING. The worst KFC I have ever ordered from, disgusting customer service and the most unprofessional manager I have ever...
