I was fortunate enough to be selected as a winner in the Quatre Christmas giveaway on two occasions. However, I later received a direct message stating that this was an error through their marketing team, and I was informed that I was no longer the winner. I then left a negative review regarding my experience and was contacted by the Quatre team. A representative left a voicemail requesting that I remove the review, assuring me that they would honor the gift vouchers once I did so. Additionally, one of the owners, Michael, reached out to me personally to give me a call but the same lady earlier contacted me again asking me to remove the review and which I did on 3rd Jan. It has been weeks and surely, if it was a mistake and your cafe was really sorry, you would fix the issue right away.
Regrettably, I am compelled to share my experience again, as I have not received any communication from the business regarding the redemption of my vouchers since December and early January. I was genuinely looking forward to visiting the café and supporting a business that I believed was built out of a passion for community. Read moreBeautiful little cafe in Strathfield with the kindest owners. From the minute you walk in, the staff make you feel welcome and go above and beyond to include you in community. The cafe is called Quatre, French for “4” after the 4 beautiful angels Antony, Angelina, Sienna and Veronique that the family lost during the Oatlands tragedy. Quatre is owned and managed by Veronique’s family to honour her love of cooking and caring for others. They even have a Polaroid wall where you can put photos of your loved ones. It was a memorable breakfast experience and we will be back....

When asked about a recommendation, given it was our first visit, Helda sarcastically laughed at us and said “you are asking the wrong person”. We felt very rushed by her to put in our order, and then she got the order wrong anyway. Not only this, she even came to our table at the end and was quite intimidating asking to look at my phone, as she suspected a google review. Please save your beautiful cafe from such terrible customer service.
PS all the other staff members were super nice and humble, trying to cover up Helda’s...
