KFC Granville — Restaurant in Sydney

My recent visit to this KFC location was nothing short of a disaster, and I'm genuinely shocked at how bad it was. I pulled into the drive-thru around 6 PM tonight, hoping for a quick and easy dinner.

The trouble started right away with the service. The person taking my order sounded completely uninterested, almost annoyed that I was there. I ordered a 3-piece combo hot n crispy with a large chips and a Mountain Dew with an Original Crispy Bacon & Cheese Burger. It took forever for them to even process the payment, and when I finally got to the window, I was told to wait in the car park. 25 minutes later, went in to check on the order only to be told it's almost ready and wait longer.

When I got home, that's when the real disappointment hit. First off, I only had 2 pieces of chicken, not 3. How do you mess up the piece count on a order? To make matters worse, the chicken itself was barely warm and incredibly greasy. It wasn't that lovely crispy texture you expect from KFC; it was just soggy and sad. The chips were cold and limp, tasting like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp all day. And to top it off, they completely forgot the bacon in my burger.

The entire meal was a complete waste of money and left me feeling incredibly frustrated. The lack of basic customer service, the incorrect order, and the truly awful quality of the food mean I won't be returning to this KFC. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service we received at the KFC Granville outlet Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the poor attitude and behavior of the staff, which was unacceptable.

Here are the specific incidents that I would like to bring to your attention:

A male staff member was dragging chairs into the room, making loud noise without any consideration for the customers. This was disruptive and disturbing, and I was surprised that he didn't seem to care about the disturbance he was causing.

The same male staff member, without notifying us earlier of the closing time, started cleaning and preparing to close the outlet with an attitude of stubbornness. We were not informed that the outlet was about to close, and we were made to feel like we were a inconvenience.

When we brought this to the attention of the supervisor, we were disappointed to find that they seemed uninterested in addressing the issue. The supervisor needs more management training to handle customer complaints effectively and ensure that customers have a positive experience.

KFC Granville... We were there, KFC 🍗 and we were very happy... KFC Granville is a very good place to have lunch, dinner as well as breakfast... The food is taste... The prices are cheap... The environment is comfortable... The family enjoyed it, and the kids were so glad... You can choose from many different meal offers... The staff for services were very respectful and professional... There are cold and hot drinks as well as ice cream, yum yum yum...! We tried many meals there, the chicken was awesome...the nuggets were taste and chips were top.. We were at parramata, we drove to Granville KFC, it was worthy... There were many chairs and tables with different sizes and heights... Enough places to sit were available... The place was very clean, including the toilets ! And this was excellent ! It was very easy to book your specific meals and you can pay both by cash or by cards... The waiting time was too short, they made the food and not letting us wait for too long time.. The staff on the desk allowed to heat food, this was good! The KFC Granville changed our previous experience when we were being at another place... Really, we enjoyed being in KFC Granville, and everything there was worthy and will visit it again and again... Much thanks to the staff at KFC Granville... all the thank the managers...
