Unfortunately I canāt give a zero for this branch. We love KFC food and regularly order however more than 70% of our orders from this location are incorrect or incomplete with now over 20 complaints over the past year. No accountability is taken when raising this with the duty managers with the delivery drivers are always blamed which may be the cause however we are not purchasing this from your delivery partner. I would also like to note that your delivery drivers do not ever knock on the door making checking of the order at the time of delivery impossible. This restaurant has a systemic problem with the accuracy of orders and when requests are made for remediation we are only ever offered a refund and no other option, which does not feed my family on that occasion. On every occasion of complaint we are refused a redelivery of our ordered meal which is unacceptable. We were told by the manager today after receiving only half our meal of chicken pieces and 3 half empty chips that this order was packed personally by the manger and after raising concerns that the driver may have eaten part of the order, the manager agreed that this is likely the case which is a disgusting thought and likely breaches NSW health regulations. On a second call to try to resolve this one of your team members had the audacity to comment āyou do this every weekā ⦠seriously????? Please ask your team why we need to do this every week??? We really donāt need or want to waste our time complaining and just ask that we simply get what we have ordered. We even donāt care about the cold delivery of the food as we have the oven ready to heat the food up on delivery. This comment has now led me to believe that we may be being deliberately targeted from the previous service failures and complaints with your business. Iāve now had two very poor experiences within just a few weeks, both involving incorrect orders and unprofessional treatment by management.
On both occasions, there were issues with my orderāinvolving missing items.I returned to the store in good faith to rectify the situation, yet I was treated with suspicion and disrespect, as though I was trying to get free food.
This latest issue involved something as minor as a small chips, but the principle remains the same. I raised a genuine concern and was met with dismissive and inappropriate responses, including: ⢠āI canāt just give free food.ā ⢠āIt is NOT my issue.ā ⢠āI have OTHER customers waiting.ā ⢠āIf you want those (missing) items you will be CHARGED (again) for them.ā
Even when I called ahead on a previous occasion and was told notes would be made on file, they were nowhere to be found when I arrived at the store. Ironically when I raised the first issue they additionally forgot to charge me for my order, yet I returned and let them know immediately when I realised after leaving, yet ironically the manager didnāt resolve the issue with missing items in my order. This latest occasion when I returned to the store I was additionally handed someone elseās order which I rejected and I explained I was missing a small chips yet again hardly the act of a dishonest customer seeking a āfreeā small chips.
KFC Menai, you had ample opportunity to resolve these service issues respectfully and it is clearly a non customer centric position you have implemented.

Ā Ā Ā Read morei recently visited kfc menai and ordered on the mobile app they were obviously prioritizing drive thru but that is understandable but we didnāt get our order made for 30 mins and we were waiting for half an hour!!! finally after 20 mins a kfc worker asked us our order number and we showed the online order and had to physically point the order out on the moniter where it displayed all the orders. People who ordered at the counter got their meals first even ordering more food after us and yet we had no staff member apologise for the wait. at the half an hour mark we noticed someone who had their phone and wallet stolen from the store and the staff members took 5 mins to find the manager. When we finally got our food 32 mins later the food was cold and the gravy smelt off. We wernt given a single napkin or wetwipe.
