Mie Thai Menai — Restaurant in Sydney

Got two dishes delivered yesterday. A fly flew out of the bag when I opened it so it wasn't a good sign.. the beef salad was sealed in a container so assumed the fly hasn't contaminated it like it had the chicken wings (were in an open foil bag). I started to eat the beef which looked poached, I started to notice strands of white hair, too many to be lemongrass. They definitely looked like hair from someone's head. It was absolutely disgusting. No hygiene practices at all...

Firstly I never complain but his really deserves to be flagged. Ordered red beef curry and specified medium. We received a soup based consistency (I mean like chicken noodle soup - liquid) with no flavour and no heat at all. There was a few pieces of meat floating around and some beans.
