Young teens running the place and have no idea what they are doing. The whole store is full of people and not 1 person was greeted or asked if they had been served. Staff were not being proactive and packing to orders that they had in stock before others that had waits. Multiple staff touching their hair, face and then packing food without washing hands as well as having long acrylic nails (was never allowed to have these back in the day) Loud explicit music is playing which does not reflect nicely for the store or Yumm brand. I walked in with an online order and waited for 15min before I was told that there would be a further 15min wait on tenders. Manager on duty wasn’t managing her staff nor assisting when they were clearly struggling. Multiple staff sharing the same till.
When it came time for me to collect my food there was only 1 staff member who was apologetic and offered me compensation for my time.

Who would pack a box of oily chicken vertically instead of horizontally? Did the attendant think that somehow the oil was going to magically defy gravity and not leak out of the box? Where's the commonsense? Coleslaw packed in with chicken, which shouldn't happen. Any cold item will prematurely cool down the chicken and the heat of the chicken will adversely affect any cold items. Again, it's simple commonsense. Paper carry bag was too weak for the amount of food items packed within it and it tore more than once along the way home. Yes you have protocols to ensure such things dont happen but it doesnt mean it cant happen. My son found a fly integrated in the batter of one of his wickend wings. We dont have a photo as he brought it to school and threw it out of course. 🤢 As I spoke to the representative he questioned what my son saw as he advised what we saw cant happen because of strict protocols and that the fly would disintegrate in the hot oil. After our call, I spoke to my son and he confirmed other classmates seeing the fly in the batter. I believe you should have listened to your customers rather than question them.
