Super disappointed with this petrol station. Im a regular customer who buys petrol and Gelato from here. On Wednesday 21st July 2017 i went in to buy Gelato at 7.45pm. The service guy kept me waiting for 5 minutes while he was washing something at a sink. He finally walked over i asked for 1kg of different Gelato. His hand was still wet so didn't put any gloves on and servived the gelato. It cost $20 for 1kg. I left went home about 2 hours later me and the hubby started to eat the Gelato. I purchased 1 kilo of ice cream which is $38, but I asked for 2 different containers as my mum is lactose intolerant, which means I needed some scoops to be sorbet. This required 2 separate containers as she cannot have her ice cream touching the rest. I was charged $50 instead of $38. I told the older man that I am purchasing 1 kilo but needed 2 1/2 kilo containers. He stated that I have to be charged $50. I felt very ripped off. They use to give cones with the kilo of ice cream. We’ve been hearing about this place from our friends for a while so tonight we decided to go for a drive to buy some ice creams and boy it did not disappoint. Firstly the service was on point, both young gentlemen serving us were absolute legends so professional and friendly. When they found out it as our first time insisted on us trying samples on all their flavors, and we ended up choosing what we love. I have never finished an ice cream and always throw some away but tonight not only I finished mine but I ate half of my wife’s one too never had insects this nice.
