One star for the fact that it was made fresh however we were very disappointed with the flavor, we ordered 2 shank slosh and unfortunately they had used mozzarella cheese and chopped up tomato instead of the actual shankalish cheese.. I am unsure if management have changed, as we had ordered a couple of years ago and I could swear that it was the best shankalish triangle.

If you cheat with the quality unfortunately it's the fastest way to lose customers.

The food is good, but the atmosphere and service and attitude of the staff leave much to be done. They will speak for 100 years with people they know or regular customers, but will ignore other people in line, and their behaviour is so bad. The atmosphere is so bad, too. It's always crammed, and people are staring at you as you make your order, and you will get plenty of glares if you have a longer order. Prices are quite high as well, and the wait time is minimum 30 minutes.

The service and atmosphere of this shop of fine, really. But today, when I ordered a double cheese, the bakers rushed so much that the outer layer of the food was burnt, though the cheese inside was satisfactory and cheesy. The bakers aren't really aware all time how well they serve their customers. On top of that, the pizza was cut into very unfair irregular pieces.
