Leaf Cafe & Co St Clair — Restaurant in Sydney

Today marked a tipping point in my experience with your café. I am a regular customer, often visiting for takeaway coffee. On several occasions, I have noticed a pattern of favoritism, where other customers have been served before me, even when I’ve been waiting longer. Despite these experiences, I continued to return, as my husband, who is unwell, enjoys the hot chocolate.

However, today was particularly frustrating. While I, along with other customers, waited for our orders, a lady who walked in after us was served her coffee almost immediately. When I questioned the owner about this, he apologised and acknowledged that this should not have happened.

At that point, I requested a refund and decided to leave. It’s no surprise the café is often empty, and I wish you the best of luck when the new establishment opens nearby. I’ve tolerated these ongoing issues for years out of respect for my husband, but today was...

We were fortunate to visit Leaf Cafe on a recent interstate trip to Sydney to catch up with family. Cafe staff were excellent and the food came out in a timely manner-and was absolutely every bit as good as we had hoped. The menu is very extensive and well priced. I could not imagine where the food was being prepared as there did not seem to be much of a kitchen that we could see, but it all appeared like magic!...

I have been to other cafe leafs, this one is average in comparison. The drinks are okay but their frappes aren’t very thick unlike other café leafs ive been too. Ive asked for it thicker but doesn’t seem to make a difference. They also dont redeem for cold drinks unlike other cafe leafs. I only buy cold drinks so this policy seems unnecessary.
