If I could give zero stars on everything I would went in today with my wife waited 20 minutes for an app order and the staff didn't have a clue the red head kid who was in the back had no idea or care what he was doing, my wife ordered the hot honey fried chicken to which she received regular,We had ordered cheesy nuggets and I watched him ask the staff if they had any to which they replied I dont know which he followed that up by not looking and sending one of the girls to ask us if regular nuggets are OK. For the amount of money red rooster charges this store needs to employ people who aren't completely incompetent and more interested in talking and laughing than doing the job they are employed to do how the red head kid has a job still amazes me not a care on the world and was heard multiple times swearing and saying he doesn't want to be there. Not a good look at all and the food was absolutely terrible probably the worst I've ever had and I've been all over Australia and had Red Rooster out of all those I've experienced this is the worst in the country not just for the food but the customer service aswell dont know if a manager was on but if they were clearly they don't care at all...
Read moreWe got the family deal waited over 25 min in the drive thru then the missed our sauces mash and gravy coleslaw and nuggets but bag was full of extra stuff I didn’t notice till I got home we were hungry and was not going to complain but wen we opened up one box the chicken pieces absolutely stunk like fish and was rotten so I tried calling no answer so I grabbed it all went back to shop walked in the shop and the smell was horrendous spoke to the young girl she was lovely not her fault she went to get the manager and I saw him sitting on his phone when I walked in the dining area and she approached him saying there is a complaint she then returned and said he is coming now I waited over 10 min and he still did not walk 10 metres to address the issue this is very poor service and a major health problem please stay away from this place and I ended up leaving now as I have work tomorrow and it’s 9:30pm and still hungry but I will be taking this further but mums and dads stay away from this place cause my kids could have been extremely sick with this but honestly where is the health check and the quality control regulating...
Read moreThis is a 2 part review CLEARLY the store and RED ROOSTER AUS no longer care about their Consumers or their brand I attended drive through 1157 am (LUNCH TIME ) I ordered the $15 whole chicken large chips NO other customers in store. NO other cars behind me PROBLEMS ORDER took 13 minutes! * too bad if you are on a lunch break NO EXPLANATION was given as to the delay once food was ready ( it was HOT) but PUSHED not passed through drive through window once at my destination .4 of us divided up the chicken and chips and there was significant lack of chips in a large chips 22 CHIPS we counted .2 people got 6 chips 2 people got 5 chips ** worse still.the Chicken was 40% bones ( i have eaten thousands of chickens in my life never seen such a concentration of bones!) **i went through process of reporting concerns to RED ROOSTER AUS @130 AM an email pops up telling me " Next time order Family chips" That was ALL they covered off with my detailed complaint
There are several reasons ST CLAIR store has bad ratings
But CLEARLY HEAD OFFICE has GIVEN UP...
