Ordered the chicken schnitzel roll, which was decent, schnitzel is usually a safe bet, and this one was fine. That said, it felt like the schnitzel might have been pre-cooked from the day before, as the shop had just opened and they reheated it on the stove.
The staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the lady making my roll forgot I’d asked for aioli and used mayo instead. When I mentioned it, she tried to fix it but the aioli container was empty. She also forgot the cheese. Not a big issue on its own, but it does point to a lack of attention to detail and maybe a bit of disorganisation with stock and customer orders.
I also had to ask what sauces were available. it would’ve been nice to be offered the options up front.
