Mad Mex Warriewood — Restaurant in Sydney

Went to this store for my 3rd time during their $5 burrito special deal. The staff in the waiting line and near the front were very rude as well as the staff behind the counter. I’m sure they’ve been on their feet all day with the line but they were insanely rude. On the promotion on both the app, website and square promo it didn’t specify a quantity restriction at all, the flyers on the tables nearby said a “quantity limit MAY apply” but when I got there to order three for my family, they looked bewildered and mocked me for thinking it was more than one per person.

Apart from the terrible service, the burrito was probably the worst burrito I’ve ever had take-away. It had almost no beef in it (99% rice) and leaked everywhere even before I had opened it, it leaked into the wooden tray they give you and when I went to eat it, it was split and leaked everywhere. I didn’t even get any points on the order either even though I scanned the barcode and the lady at the counter didn’t say anything, and when I asked to pay with cash she said “card is better”??

It’s funny because I contacted mad mex years ago to put one in Warriewood and now it’s here… and is just terribly disappointing, I would almost say it’s worth just travelling further to the Macquarie store if you really...

It has come to my attention that Nira's interactions with elderly customers have been disrespectful and unprofessional. Specifically, she has been observed making inappropriate comments in her own language and displaying a generally rude demeanor.

Respect and professionalism are essential in customer service, and it is important that all customers, regardless of age, are treated with dignity and kindness. I believe this matter should be addressed to ensure a positive experience for all customers at MedMax.

Honest review, Mad Mex is probably my favourite takeaway but what lets this store down is the small serving size. I have been here three times since opening and everything else is on par with the other stores. Mad Mex in Zetland and Mad Mex in Sydney International Airport are much better value. I'm sure they'll get better over time and I'm happy not to return for a few months...
