Golf! Who would want to get addicted to this...?? Well, here’s a place you can attempt to improve your skills. I have been visiting here for several years - not too much improvement, but I can’t blame the facility 😂 I make use of the “loyalty” scheme, so one freebie for every 10 bought. Until my visit today, all staff have always been more than pleasant and accommodating. Today I was confronted with the most officious, unpleasant member of staff who (quite rightly) insisted that a mask should be worn - even tho’ he was ok exposing his nose and germs to everyone! He was determined to doubt that my 72 years appearance resembled a pensioner - I mean, really, I could have taken it as a compliment but c’mon.... you really NEED those extra $2.? I do! Even having seen my extensive ‘loyalty card’ - it still didn’t persuade him that I might be telling the truth! As you can tell from the length of this review, I was taken aback by his cold, cast iron officiousness. Just hope I don’t come across him again! Great venue for kids birthday party especially with the two different themed courses - one Pirate the other caves. We had our kids event & all the friends loved it.

Whilst the venue is great, the party organisation leaves a lot to be desired. For a group of 20 kids we were told 2 helpers were going to be allocated - however, the truth was only one was going to go around with the kids so us parents had to be involved & we had to ask others to go around with the kids. The very young helpers looked lost. They really need to allocate more resources to big groups or make it known to the parents - apparently such instructions are hidden in the fine print if the email.

Kids food and the cake that we had to purchase was ok. Adults food (pizzaz's) we just a tad better than domino's!

Terrible problem solving and customer service. Won't be going back. Course is also shabby, in disrepair, and boring. Shame because with a little care, creativity, maintenance and good management it could be a great place. Took the kids with friends Sunday morning. Woman behind counter said she could sell us family passes unlimited for two hours. Played a round came back for another ball for the kids and were told by someone else there is no such deal. None of the parents were playing anyway. We wouldn't have paid for that pass except for unlimited two hours. I explained to the person at desk and she explained that they'd been understaffed and overwhelmed that morning and apologized for the confusion, but still wouldn't honour what her colleague had said.
