MadTopppings Kellyville Ridge — Restaurant in Sydney

The food is good, don’t get me wrong. The pizza and filo pastry’s are delicious. BUT And it’s a big but. I have only every ordered delivery from here so I’ve only been able to judge them on the taste not the customer service. However today I decided to pick up as I was nearby. Order said it would be ready by 9:10pm I get there at 9:05pm, and there are maybe 5 other people in the store besides me. I proceed to stand there for 15 minutes in front of the counter before anyone acknowledged I was there. There was literally someone behind the counter, facing us, that did not say a hello or even a “I’ll be with you in one second” I wasn’t the only one either, I quickly realised that 3 of the other people there also hadn’t been acknowledged either. Abysmal customer service. Any of our orders could have been ready and sitting there for all we knew because no one asked what we were there to pick up. I work in hospo too and if I ignored customers like that I would have been yelled at. It was clear they didn’t give a single f about ignoring us.

I can’t support a business that treats their customers with so little respect, so I won’t be coming back, delivery...

Pathetic customer service!

Called to place an order for pick up but the employee could hardly hear me because of the loud background chit chattering noise of the other employees in different language! After several tries Finally order was placed ! Went to pick up and saw a car parked in disability parking spot with no permit ! As I have a child who had severe special needs ! Waited for a bit , had to park service station and walk to the shop ! Took some photos of the illegal parking and asked the store staff if he knew who that belonged to and was I not surprised by the answer that it was that particular staff members car ! Asked to see the manager , she was kind enough to apologise and also told me that the Shop owner also has a child with special needs ! Dear shop owner please take some time to train your staff abt customer service and Australia s rules and regulations! Bottom line don’t go there if you or anyone with you have special needs because clearly Disability is joke to...

Important Notice for Halal and Vegetarian Pizza Orders at Kellyville Ridge Store

If you need to order Halal or Vegetarian pizza from the Kellyville Ridge store, please be aware of the following concerns. One of the employees, who works at both the Kellyville Ridge and Riverstone stores, does not seem to follow proper protocols to respect dietary restrictions.

When I placed an order over the phone, I specifically requested a Halal pizza and asked for a clean knife to avoid cross-contamination. Unfortunately, the employee used the same knife that was previously used to cut non-Halal meats, simply wiping it with a paper towel instead of using a separate, clean knife.

Although the store sources its meat from Halal-certified butchers, the lack of proper separation between Halal and non-Halal items can lead to contamination. The same issue applies to vegetarian pizzas.

For these reasons, I do not recommend this store for those seeking a Halal-friendly or...
