I have dealt with alot of McDonald locations, both as a paying customer and for work purposes. I have to admit, I have always received amazing service from this location However, the service I received from the crew that were on graveyard shift, was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any McDonald's restaurant (such a shame and let down). If I could give a minus 5 star rating I would. We went through drive through around 9pm and placed an order. I specifically asked for fresh food reason being, the food was for my Grandma, she has been very sick lately and that night was the first time in a very long time she was able to take food and she asked for McDonald's. I asked politely twice for fresh food (fries atleast). The young lady who took our order was lovely and tried to let the crew know the order was requested FRESH the other lady that was with her (I presume a manager) waved her hands In the air and said to her yea yea, laughed and walked away. We were advised to wait while they get it done. We hadn't even parked up in the waiting bay properly when there was a knock on the window with our food. I checked it, realised, not only was the food NOT fresh (fries soggy, you could tell it has been sitting for a while) the burgers smelt off!. I went in to the restaurant (completely defeats the purpose of going through drive through) and I hear "oh oh" and the counter staff are looking at me, the little brats knew the reason as to why I was there. I asked politely again for fresh food. This time, as I'm waiting (not even 2minutes) I see the staff member walk right past me (she thinks I didn't see her) and straight to the car!! Of courses this time I'm fuming, but being a good sport, I leave the restaurant and go to my car, I check the food and realise it's not fresh!! It felt like it was heated in the MICROWAVE! IT TOOK ALOT FOR ME TO NOT GO BACK IN AND MAKE A SCENE!. I'm writing this review in hopes someone in management who actually understands the meaning of "customer service" will be able to review the performance of the pre-grave and grave-yard shift staff. I am absolutely appealed. As this is the local McDonald's for my grandmother, you can bet I'll be going back. Should I continue to receive the same unsatisfactory service, then trust me, I won't be so kind and a review will not be the only result of staff incompetence to meet a simple request..You have...
Read more12 am and we entered the drive through for our regular feed....we were told by staff at the speaker box to wait in the car park for 10 mins because there closed by a girl wHo sounded con fused! ...no explanation why! And no further instructions....As we drove past the Window there was no staff to be seen! All we saw was a male in dark cloths walk away from the entry rather quickly....confused and curious we parked in the car park with the engine at idle we noticed about 10 bags of rubbish near the door stranded....still no staff to be seen! Upon looking at each other we imagined the same senario that the staff maybe in harms way and possibly being robbed.....After 4 mins we agreed to phone the restaurant and confirm the staff are fine and safe! The phone rang out with no answer! Suspicion grew and we both agreed at 9 mins we make our way to the speaker of the drive thru where we began....but now it wasn't for food but for the safety of staff!! If no one answered then we call the police....but someone did answer! It sounded like management this time and with a firm voice we were once again told!! Go to the car park and wait for 10 mins because we are closed! Really!!! Just like the movie "ground hog day" !! I demanded to know why when this is our second time through!! He said "because of a store update" Really?? Was it a secret? Did we all hide for this update? Surely any aproaching customers could have this explained to them face to face with further instructions or perhaps there options!! Cheers...

The chips are always cold, and they burgers look like they've just literally been thrown together on a wrapping paper and then put in a bag. The amount of bugs I have seen walk over the drive thru machine and staff walking past doing nothing about it is atrocious. Staff are very rude, don't greet me nicely and just chuck my food on the counter and walk off to go and laugh with their friends. The managers there are just as bad! They'll stand at the screens (where our food comes up on) and gossip and laugh about whatever is going on in their lives. They are not professional whatsoever! My orders are wrong most of the time, and when i bring it up with a staff member or a manager, they look at me and scoff and roll their eyes and get it changed, but even then the new burger i got is STILL wrong! I've seen the young boys out the back drop my burger and still wrap it and serve it to me, and when I tell a manager, they say that its not possible and they don't even bother to replace it for me!!!!!!!!! They always make me park as well, and they take ages to bring it out, and act all fake and 'sorry' but they're not. DO NOT GO THERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY! I'd rather go to Minto where I know my burger won't be dropped on the floor and served to me....
