If I could give it no stars I would. Have been here twice. The first time we ordered on the self service machine & it didn’t print out a number (not a problem), so we told the young girl at the counter that we weren’t sure what our number was. She said nothing and just walked away. We came back for a quick stop in a week later to find the store had a fair few people waiting with a bunch of random food on the counter. Their self service machines were out of paper (maybe from the week earlier?) therefore no body knew where their food was. This could have been solved if the staff maybe called out the food order instead of the numbers that they had? But they didn’t. It was really frantic but we were happy to wait as we knew it would be stressful for the staff. So we waited, waited and kept waiting. We got our order but it wasn’t right, so then they “fixed it” by giving us another random burger. This happened four times until we had to get a refund and leave. The team supervisor on shift was lovely and tried her best to get the team in order but she told them to call out the food & they didn’t say anything? Maybe it is a generation thing because none of the workers knew how to communicate or had any idea of any social queues whatsoever. Thanks to the manager she refunded us and let us take our cold random burgers with us. But the whole entire experience was awful. Not to mention -dirty store -rubbish everywhere no receipt paper in the self checkouts. It was so frantic that people started filming...
Read moreAbsolutely disturbing experience, for the first time in decades that I get insulted and worked up to that extent by a rude employee at McDonald's... Went to the drive through to order for my kids, the person who took the order started rushing and interrupting me by saying "drive through... Drive through", I get to the first window and pay... Moving to the pick up window and my order is incomplete, I ask nicely and the supposedly "manager" ignores me completely, I yelled asking for someone to talk to about my order and she literally starts with "what's your problem", I told her that I was pushed and rushed and now my order is short... She told me "well, go around again and order"... I said no I am not going to, complete my order and I'll pay you... She was so unbelievably rude and walked away.. I called her and asked for her name, she said I am the one who took your order and you are wrong... And she would not show me the least amount of courtesy a "manager" is expected to show... I left but I am fuming... The low level of respect and disgusting attitude of that manager is unprecedented... Anyway... Her name is "Heidi" and I shall file a formal complaint... Unbelievable... She is nothing but a low life young person that McDonald's failed miserably at training and such employees will tarnish the reputation of a giant brand if not...
Read moreThe manager "Jake" itself was unprofessional. Hence, there is no point expecting anything different from the rest of the staff. 5000% this manager is not suitable for customer service role and as such he will develop a team like him.
This was my first ever experience in this franchisee in drive-through.
Incorrect order taken I caught that and highlighted at the payment window, I was told that's okay move forward I got my order - packed in mess. The order (which was incorrectly taken) had missing item. "BTW, no apology - This is normal mate, don't sweat". When I raised again and explained what happened, I was offered a solution, in which I'm supposed to give my mobile "unlocked" to make the payment. Are you serious, dude? Which world are you living in? Now, here is the most childish behaviour (feel free to make your own conclusion) - I asked for manager and he said he is the manager. I asked, "Would you give your phone unlocked to me"...he removed his phone and offered to me 😬
I was speechless. Concluded - No point talking to this person, so left and just took the bill so formally can lodge with someone who in McDonalds with customer service, logic, respect security, have courage to acknowledge mistake.
